- Aribert Mog was born on August 3, 1904 in Berlin, Germany. He was an actor, known for Der Etappenhase (1937), Fährmann Maria (1936) and Der Sprung ins Nichts (1932). He died on October 2, 1941 in near Nova Trojanova, Soviet Union [now Russia].
- He was a member of the Militant League for German Culture and the National Socialist Factory Cell Organization. In May 1940 he was called up for military service and died fighting on the Eastern Front the following year.
- When he impersonated the lover at Hedy Kiesler's side in the movie "Extase" (1933), the movie became a scandal because of some nude appearances of the leading actress - and with it a huge success.
- German leading man of the 1930's, who began on stage in Berlin. He was an active member of the NSDAP and participated in several Nazi propaganda films of the period. Mog was killed in action during the early phase of the war in Russia. He held the rank of Feldwebel, the Wehrmacht equivalent of a sergeant.
