Amidst the world of Glitz and Glamour, heartbreak, and divorces, the family can sometimes just be that family. And despite heartbreaks and cold relationships now, Malaika Arora will always have a love for the Khan-daan. And while she maintains her distance from them now, she was an active cheerleader for her ex-brother-in-law Salman Khan. Dabangg Khan has been considered a handsome actor, and his charms were talked about the most in the early 2010s. It turns out it wasn’t just fans who thought Salman was good-looking, but Malaika. An old video has resurfaced of Malika opening up about her good-looking family with Pooja Bedi, and she let it slip that she thinks Salman Khan is the ‘ultimate s*x symbol.’ Check out the throwback story here!

‘Good Trouble’ Co-Creator Breaks Down the Series’ Emotional Farewell
Spoiler Alert: This story contains spoilers from “What Now?,” the series finale of “Good Trouble,” now streaming on Hulu.
“Good Trouble,” which aired its series finale on Freeform Tuesday, has been a flagship show for the channel’s Gen-z and liberal-leaning audience since it premiered in 2018. The drama was a spinoff from “The Fosters,” a groundbreaking, foundational show for ABC Family, Freeform’s previous name before it rebranded with a heavier focus on programming for politically active 20somethings. “Good Trouble” centered on “The Fosters” characters Callie (Maia Mitchell) and Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) as they moved into a communal loft space called The Coterie in downtown Los Angeles, and began their post-grad adult lives.
Yes, the show revolved around Callie and Mariana’s personal and fledgling professional lives, but it also tackled real-life issues that affected them and their housemates. In the first season,...

Spoiler Alert! This post contains details from the series finale of Freeform’s Good Trouble.
Good Trouble has officially taken its final bow.
The Freeform series ended Tuesday night after five seasons, concluding more than a decade of television telling the stories of the Adams-Foster family and those closest to them. In some ways, Good Trouble ended exactly how it began — with Callie and Mariana.
Maia Mitchell rejoined Cierra Ramirez one last time for the finale, in which the residents of The Coterie find out the building is being sold and they’ll all need to move out. As they gather for a final Coterie dinner and rooftop hang, everyone reminisces on all they’ve gone through together. Callie and Mariana certainly have more than their fair share of trials, tribulations, and celebrations to reflect on.
“They’ve been working together for over 10 years, since they were 17 and 19,” showrunner and...

As someone who adores both Evan and Joaquin, a girl is hot & bothered and conflicted!
The absolute highlight of Good Trouble Season 5 Episode 19 was the movement regarding this love triangle. We're still unsure where it's supposed to land, and with no time left for this series, these complications are more nerve-wracking than ever.
Outside of that, the Silas saga still rages on, Gael finally makes a move against Yuri, and Davia gets screwed over.
We only have one installment left, and I have no idea what we're supposed to expect from the coterie gang moving forward.
Can we get closure? How much can we get by adding some scenes to an installment already in the works with a designated plan?
So much of the season has been treading through water, biding time until what? No one knows, and then we got the colossal blow that it was the final season.

How did you love that filler installment, dolls?
A murder mystery was the perfect opportunity for some fun, high emotions, and drama, and it was abundantly clear that the cast and crew had a blast filming Good Trouble Season 5 Episode 15.
The hour wasn't all silliness and pointless fodder, as some notable developments pushed the storylines further.
Nevertheless, that doesn't prevent "It's My Party, I Can Die if I Want To" from being the epitome of an "acquired taste."
The difficulty of a filler installment like this is that we now know it's the final season, and with every bit of anxiety about how things will wrap up and if they do so correctly, an entire installment devoted to frivolous fun can feel downright wasteful.
It was a classic Coterie event with some relationship woes and progress, wholly unique concepts that make you wish you were invited to such an affair,...

Something about Eviana's nostalgia can get you in the feelings every time.
Mariana's storyline is that sweet treat in Good Trouble Season 5 Episode 13 that we longed to return to as we indulged in another perfunctory hour.
It blended nostalgia with a spark of hope amid Alice and Malika's career obstacles and triumphs, and besties Gael and Davia were influenced or inspired by new individuals in their lives.
In short, Mariana's simple enough arc of navigating her new partnership with Evan as Co-CEO of Speckulate while quietly unpacking and potentially reigniting how their dynamic has shifted was what buoyed a run-of-the-mill installment.
And the switch-ups in storylines and character focus felt a bit closer to what we've come to expect from the series than not.

It's already difficult to even think about saying goodbye to The Coterie.
It's especially tough when Cierra Ramirez keeps delivering such raw and impressive performances.
And keeping with the general dark tone of the season, Good Trouble Season 5 Episode 11 was a nerve-wracking, frustrating, emotional, and ominous opener as we head into the final installments of this series.
One can always anticipate the mood the hour will set when we get the eerily slow and ominous opening credits.
The hour gives us some interesting developments. For one, Mariana and Malika are two characters who never interacted nearly as much as some of the others.
Initially, it was surprising to learn that Malika Williams was giving up her room to Isaac and intended to stay with Mariana.
It made sense logistically, but because they barely came across as friends, it didn't feel within the realm of possible until this scenario.

It's remarkable to think that a decade-long franchise will be coming to an end.
When Good Trouble hangs the key on the hook at the Coterie, it will mark the end of The Fosters franchise and its enduring legacy.
It's hard to even put into words what it will mean to close the chapter on such a monumental and influential franchise that has spanned two series and to say goodbye to the Adams-Fosters specifically.
We had the opportunity to follow Callie and Mariana Adams Foster from their adolescence into adulthood.
The closing of this saga also harkens to the void in primetime television as family dramas continue to sign off with nothing left in their wake.
My colleague, Jack Ori, has previously lamented the loss of family dramas, which I heartily agree with. From the end of Blue Bloods to This is Us and A Million Things, we're missing out...

Khloe Kardashian is sharing exactly how she feels about Tristan Thompson these days.

There are definitely no sparks between Khloe and Tristan at the moment.

Khloe broke up with Tristan in 2021 after the basketball player and model Maralee Nichols conceived a child together – while he and Khloe were preparing to have another child via surrogate.
Although the Good American founder admitted that it would be “ideal” if she were married and had her family together, she’s accepted that that’s not the case.
“I’m not attracted to Tristan,” Khloe told her friend. When Malika seemed surprised, Khloe explained, “I know he’s a very handsome, no, no, Tristan is so handsome. He’s a beautiful statue of a human.

If you're prone to nightmares, I suggest avoiding photos from Kim Kardashian's 43rd birthday bash. When friends and family gathered on Oct. 20 to celebrate the Skims founder's latest trip around the sun, Khloé Kardashian and several other attendees wore paper masks of Kim's face. The party favors were left on guests' seats at Beverly Hills hotspot Funke, likely intended to be a funny photo prop. But ever since pictures emerged from the glamorous soirée, the masks have haunted my thoughts, taunting me with their creepy poked-out eye holes.
Khloé really committed to the bit with her blond-haired Kim mask, sharing a photo of herself wearing it for a sweet birthday tribute to her older sister. Some followers were apparently confused by the Instagram post, prompting Khloé to clarify that it was, indeed, a mask. "To all the people in my comments that think this is @kimkardashian, it's not. There’s no need for writer/director Mehdi Fikri to spend too much time on the tragic death of twenty-five-year-old Arab-Frenchman Karim itself. We already know what happened. His brother Driss (Sofiane Zermani) calls their sister Malika (Camélia Jordana) about him being arrested and then again shortly thereafter about him being in the hospital—so it doesn’t take a brain surgeon to read between the lines, regardless of the spin the police and courts will feed the media. This apparent “death-by-epileptic-fit” is merely a catalyst for the real purpose behind After the Fire. It sets the stage to depict just how damaging systemic racism is in countries dominated by institutions built upon white supremacy.
Because it doesn’t end with Karim. Not only is his death just the latest in a long line of police injustices that certainly won’t end with him either, but it proves a tipping...

French director Mehdi Fikri spent a decade working as a reporter covering social conflict and the issues of police violence and justice in France’s notoriously deprived out-of-town suburbs.
What he learned and saw during this time now feeds into his work as a filmmaker.
First feature After The Fire, which debuts in Toronto’s Discovery line-up, follows Malika, a French woman of North African descent, living in an outer suburb of the city of Strasbourg, who seeks justice after her younger brother dies in suspicious circumstances after being stopped by the police.
“I was born and grew up in Saint Denis in northern Paris, which has the reputation for being one of the most disadvantaged places in the entire Paris region,” says Fikri.
“The question of police violence has been a political issue in France for years and is something that has touched me personally as a young man...

Yasmine Aker is a force of nature.
She's a wonderful, talented, and inspiring woman who is out to change the world onscreen and off.
While many know her as Angelica, Malika's supportive but no-nonsense girlfriend on Freeform's Good Trouble, she's also a noteworthy activist and advocate who doesn't seem to take a day off. She doesn't just star in Good Trouble; she lives it.
Yasmine is as passionate about her craft as she is about advocating for Iranian, human, and women's rights and destigmatizing mental illness and neurodivergency.
TV Fanatic had the absolute pleasure of speaking with Yasmine about her role as Angelica on Good Trouble and all her amazing work and what drives her to do it. Check out our compelling interview with this lovely actress!
Hi Jasmine!
Hi, Yasmine! We're like name cousins.
Yeah, that's right. We have the same namesake. It has to be a good omen!

Mariana made a huge boss move, but she also made a phone call that will likely bring moms back for another visit.
It felt like it was one step forward and another backward for Mariana on Good Trouble Season 5 Episode 3 as she continued to be put to the test.
Meanwhile, Davia, Dennis, and Luca chase after their dreams but may come to realize that it's not an easy path.
Dennis and Davia have emerged from their sexy, hot love bubble a bit to expand into their individual storylines, which is great. Now, we get the best of both worlds with the two of them as a couple who can support one another in the way they had always done when they were friends.
It's the perks of having a relationship like theirs sparked out of friendship. We get all the best elements of Denvia at once.
Interestingly enough, Davia's senses...

The Mecca Tales Written by Rohina Malik Directed by Kareem Famhy Presented by Voyage Theater Company and Crossroads Theatre Company at The Sheen Center, NYC October 20-November 4, 2017
The Hajj, the pilgrimage of Muslims to Mecca, is the largest yearly gathering of people in the world, attracting two to three million pilgrims. A pillar of Islam, the Hajj provides the setting and structure for Rohina Malik's The Mecca Tales, which premiered in Chicago in 2015 and is now making its debut in New York. Its tales are those of five women whose progress along the road to Mecca also marks their difficult progress towards self-determination.
The women whose physical, emotional, and spiritual journeys we follow compose a travel group led by Grace (Kimberly S. Fairbanks), the group's New York-based organizer and guide. She mentions that the government of Saudi Arabia requires pilgrims to be part of a travel group, and she...

By the looks of it, the Tribeca Film Festival might finally be growing out of their awkward teenage phase and moving into a new era where the nab more than just Sundance and SXSW festival rejects. Artistic Director Frederic Boyer has managed to nab some noteworthy American indie projects such as Lou Howe’s Gabriel (see pic above), Keith Miller’s Five Star, Adam Rapp’s Loitering with Intent, and Tristan Patterson’s Electric Slide.
On the docu front, we’ve got the latest from the likes of notable documentarians Marshall Curry and Jessica Yu.
