- Takehito Koyasu was born on May 5, 1965 in Yokohama, Japan. He is an actor and writer, known for Neon Genesis Evangelion: The End of Evangelion (1997), Evangelion: 1.0 You Are (Not) Alone (2007) and JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (2012).

- He had his first main role on 1989, when he voiced Gai in Tenku Senki Shurato.
- He is also part of the voice actor quartet Weiss consisting of Weiss Kreuz voice castmates Shinichiro Miki, Hiro Yuuki, and Tomokazu Seki.
- As a foreign media dub artist, he is known to dub over the role of Freddie Prinze Jr. as Fred Jones in the live action Scooby-Doo! films and Joker in Suicide Squad and Lego Batman movie. He also recently played Doctor Thaddeus Sivana in the Japanese dub of Shazam!.
