Developed a post-pregnancy exercise routine known as "The S Factor"
which combines yoga, dance and erotic movements. Also wrote a book on
the exercise routine.
Was a co-star and producer for Dancing at the Blue Iguana (2000), about strippers. Intrigued by
it all, she actually started stripping classes in Los Angeles as a way
to provide a workout for the mind, body and spirit, and her course is
now in great demand.
She was a classically-trained ballerina and soloist with the Westmoreland Ballet Company before attending NYU's Tisch School of Arts as a Dance major.
Sheila holds fitness retreats each year where women are immersed in and learn about themselves and about feminine culture.

Her son, Augustus Kelley Schiff, was born on November 8, 1994 in Los Angeles. He was named after his maternal great-grandfather, Congressman Augustine Bernard Kelley (1883-1957), who was a United States Representative from Pennsylvania.
