Big Brother has grown very fond of bringing back players from recent seasons to play the game again. In just the last year we've seen Frank, Nicole, Da'Vonne, James, Jason and now Paul all come back for a second chance. So it stands to reason that one or two of the newbies from Big Brother 19 could have a chance at returning in a future season as a veteran or even an All-Star.

Snake is the new floater on Big Brother 19. In past seasons the go-to insult was a floater, but in the past two seasons, first with Nicole and now with Paul, being called a snake is the ultimate takedown. In this Power of Veto episode we get a huge confrontation between Dominique and the Paul Snake. Unfortunately for Dominique, she's not a mongoose.

The grand experiment that is Big Brother: Over the Top is imminent. Wednesday night, fans will be able to watch every aspect of the game unfold on CBS All Access (as long as they pay for it). Big Brother: Over the Top is in an interesting position, not just because it is only available on CBS's streaming service but because it is coming so soon after the disappointing end to Big Brother 18.
It seems likely that the fact that Nicole won Big Brother 18 will influence the winner of Big Brother: Over the Top. This is especially true since the audience will be choosing the winner and have unprecedented control of the game. Regardless of all the special circumstances of Big Brother: Over The Top, here are my best pre-season predictions for who will go far, who will crash and burn and who will win the game.

The winner of Big Brother 18 seemed like a foregone conclusion. Paul had an unbelievably strong run in the Big Brother 18 house and things only got better for him as time continued. He had an incredibly powerful streak going into the finale, winning all four competitions that he possibly could have and ensuring his safety.
At the very end, Paul crumbled, or at the very least the stars didn't align. Paul took Nicole to the end and lost to by one vote. It's an upset, at the very least. Nicole, James or Paul will be the winner of Big Brother 18. The two returning players and one newbie made it to the Final 3 where the three-part final HoH competition will decide which one of them gets to sit in the Final 2 and choose who sits next to them. Following Corey's eviction in fourth place, the Final 3 began the first part of the final HoH competition, an endurance challenge. The winner moves directly to part 3 on finale night while the other two will battle head-to-head in part 2.

The line is clearly drawn in the sand, so if Paul or James win it, then James gets to vote out Nicole or Corey. If Nicole or Corey win it, they most likely evict James. So who won it?

Nicole and Corey must have been very good this year, because this week they got some great Christmas presents on Big Brother 18. Nicole wins HoH and PoV, Corey gets the Care Package and everything on their wish list comes true. Michelle is the target, the two other duos are going after each other and Nicorey is safely in the middle. A lot of ground is covered in this episode of Big Brother 18. Two major twists come to an end, as a juror returns to the game and the last Care Package is delivered. In a house of only seven people, a second final four deal is hatched. Throughout all this turmoil, Michelle doesn't even cry once. Still, the most shocking thing about this episode is that for the first time ever on Big Brother 18, Nicole finally starts playing the game. Sadly, this doesn't stop her whining any more than usual, but it is baby steps in the right direction.

Clip It: Each day, Jon Davis looks at the world of trailers, featurettes, and clips and puts it all in perspective. This is the funniest bit that Big Brother has done all season. Nicole has had a dream, and she makes the mistake of telling four dudes who are bro-ing out in the hot tub about it. They instantly get excited about the prospect of a sex dream, which Nicole steadfastly denies. But Nicole keeps walking right into it as she lists the former houseguests who were in the dream. Why do these men — including Nicole's love interest this season, Corey — splash the water like happy toddlers at the mere possibility she is dreaming of Big Brother orgies? Because it might be the most interesting development of the summer for these reality show contestants, who have all forgotten they are there to entertain us. So long, Glenn. The 50 year-old dog groomer was the first to say good bye to the Big Brother house this season when he just narrowly missed being the first to grab his flag out of the ground after safely spelling out "Sos" with coconuts. It was down to Glenn and Corey after Nicole (phew!) grabbed her flag first, with Tiffany close behind. After some sad goodbyes to Glenn (who really should have stayed over his slightly dimmer cast mate), it was time to determine which of his three remaining teammates would be the first Head of Household. Da'Vonne (Big Brother 17), James (Big Brother 17), Nicole (Big Brother 16) and Frank (Big Brother 14) are all back and ready to try to win once again. Big Brother does love a twist, so this Friday three former housemates will be returning to join the 'fake evictee' in a Secret Lair. And goodness, did that spark some conversations at DS Towers about who should return!
Of course, some of our picks have been on Ultimate Big Brother, but we're going to ignore that (we're not sure it's canon when Ulrika Jonsson can be dubbed an 'ultimate' housemate, to be honest). And while there are obviously plenty of amazing contestants from years gone by, we couldn't choose them all. (Spoiler alert: Do not read on if you have not yet watched Thursday night's live double eviction episode of “Big Brother.”) The Bomb Squad/Detonators — or “Bombinators” as the “Big Brother” announcer dubbed them — have been calling the shots all summer long. But with the latest double eviction, it was time for them to finally turn on one of their own. But first, there was the matter of Nicole and Victoria, already on the block when the hour began. The logical and safe choice would be to eliminate Nicole, as the bigger game threat. For Derrick in particular, she was.

Alright, so the Pov competition for Big Brother season 16, week 10 went down yesterday, August 30th, and when it was all said and done, Christine had emerged the victor. Since she's currently sitting on the block with Nicole, she definitely saved her tail from the big Derrick alliance possibly turning on her sooner than planned, which was a very good possibility by the way because they could've just put Victoria on the block with Nicole as their initial nominations. Anyways, there's no doubt in our minds that Christine will do the smart thing and use the Pov on herself, forcing current Hoh, Caleb, to have to replace her with someone else, who will more than likely be Victoria. She was crying about it on the live feeds last night since she's such a baby. She's also getting on Derrick's last nerve with all the tears and what not. If she's already crying this much,...

If there's one thing we've learned from Big Brother 16, it's that you should probably ignore anything that's said on a Sunday night episode. Sunday episodes are when Nicole talked about wanting to backdoor Frankie in week 6. They're when Caleb, Derrick, Cody and Zach all wanted to evict Frankie and Christine in week 7. They're when Cody considered backdooring Frankie last week. Things said on a Sunday episode of Big Brother 16 mean nothing.

Alright, so yesterday, August 29th the reigning Big Brother 16 Hoh for week 10, Caleb, went ahead and nominated Nicole and Christine for eviction. This is definitely a more interesting nomination than I thought was going to go down since Victoria is still in the house. However, I didn't think it was totally outside of the realm of possibility. Apparently, they have no problem nominating their own alliance member, Christine, over Victoria. This could cause an interesting turn of events should Nicole win Pov today. And even if she doesn't, I think that Nicole could make a very good case for them to turn on Christine, since they already planned for Christine to be the first alliance member to get sent packing. I think Derrick is definitely looking to drag Victoria as far along as he can over Christine. And what Derrick wants, he usually gets. So, if Nicole gets herself off...

Alright, so after the Big Brother live feeds returned last night, they showed the continuation the of Hoh competition for Big Brother 16 week 10. It was a physical/endurance challenge where they had to fill a bucket up with liquid, using only that tiny little scooper thingy. It was that same comp they spring on us every season at some point or another. Anyways, Caleb pulled it out to claim yet another victory for the big Derrick alliance. So, unless Nicole can win the Pov, it will be another predictable week. There is a slight chance that things could still get shook up even if Nicole doesn't win it, but it's pretty unlikely. There has been talk of throwing Christine on the block with Nicole, and that definitely wouldn't go over well with her. However, they might just take the safe route and throw Victoria on the block, which will definitely...

Alright, so yesterday afternoon, August 23rd, the Big Brother 16 Pov competition for week 9 took place, and Cody, who is also this week's reigning Hoh, won it to insure his 6 man alliance will have the opportunity to pick whether to send Nicole right back to the jury house, or end Donny's run at the $500,000. Again, they've just made it an extremely boring and predictable season so far for the live feeds with this big alliance running the house. The only thing we can hope for now, is maybe Donny or Nicole can win Hoh or Pov next week. If that doesn't happen, then we'll just have to hope that the final 6 gives us one hell of a show when they have to start turning on each other. Let's just hope they don't draw straws for that too. How ridiculous was that? Anyways, the Pov ceremony is expected to go down tomorrow,...

Ok, so the Big Brother 16 nomination ceremony went down yesterday, August 22nd. Since Cody is the reigning Hoh and part the big 6 man alliance, he of course, nominated Nicole and Donny for eviction as expected. Later on today, the Pov competition will take place to allow one of these 2 to save themselves, indefinitely. If neither one of them win, they're fate will be left in the hands of whoever the alliance wants to get out this week. One thing's for sure, either Donny or Nicole will heading out the door this Thursday night. I hate how predictable this season is so far, but that's how it is with Derrick in control of virtually everything. Neither Donny or Nicole have the social capacity to cause a crack in the 6 man alliance, which is pretty tightly sealed to begin with, so this is how this week will inevitably play out. The Pov...

Last night, the Big Brother 16 contestants participated in the first ,single Hoh competition of the season shortly after the live eviction show aired, and when everything was all said and done, Cody Calafiore (left), emerged the winner, and since he's apart of Derrick's big, 6 man alliance, that's really bad news for Nicole who just won her way back into the house during the live eviction show last night. Though official eviction nominations have not yet been revealed, it's a safe bet that Nicole and Donny will be going up on the chopping block today. Unless Nicole wins Pov tomorrow, she's going to get sent right back to the jury house, making that whole twist a colossal waste time of time for her. The only other possible option that would keep Nicole safe, is if Donny doesn't win Pov and they decide to get rid of him instead. It looks like...

I'm checking in on Thursday's (August 21) "Big Brother" after spending my afternoon and evening on the set of Fox's yet-to-shoot "Utopia," a new reality show that's exactly like "Big Brother" except for all of the ways it's completely different. "Utopia" isn't a competition and while people are sent home, they aren't "eliminations," per se. Also, nobody wins. Somebody will definitely win on "Big Brother." Tonight's live eviction show, kicked off with footage of what took place after Frankie used the Pov to take Caleb off the block and replaced him with Zach. Zach finally tried to talk to some people to get a few votes, and actually pitched Frankie some scenarios that actually made sense for a change. However, Zach's new attitude towards playing this game, came a little late as everyone was very set in stone to vote him out this week. Shortly after a break, the nominated houseguests, Zach and Cody, gave their final plea speeches before the rest of the houseguests casts their votes to evict. Only one more week until True Blood leaves us forever, and the end is really starting to hit us, especially in terms of the fact that we've got to find another super crazy show to watch. Luckily, Sundays are jam-packed with TV all year round, so that shouldn't be difficult. Tonight, aside from True Blood, The Leftovers finally shed some light on Kevin's blackouts, some of the New Jersey housewives actually made up after a fight, and Big Brother found bones in the dark. Read on to find out how it all went down! True Blood: At least it seems that things might end happily for at least a few of our favorite Bon Temps residents. Sam, for one, will hopefully live a happy life with Nicole and their baby after having...

Alright, so according to new intel from live feeds, the Big Brother 16 houseguests did definitely complete for the final HOHs competition of the night. And the two glasses wearing girls , Nicole and Christine, pulled out the victory to share the dual HOHs responsibilities. This will definitely make things pretty intriguing, especially when considering the fact that Nicole was highly pissed off after the live show last night. She cooled down after a couple of hours. She cried to Christine at one point. Zach started flirting with her pretty hardcore and it seemed to work as she was crazy angry at him at first, but after a while, he seemed to have her feeling quite giddy. Zach also spilled out his entire game to Nicole and appeared to strike up a deal with her and she said, he was no longer her target. Victoria will mostly likely get nominated again, because lets face it,...

Happy Sunday! Tonight, True Blood brought back a favorite character and a favorite (?) couple, while the drama between Nicole and Amber came to a head (of hair) at a costume party on The Real Housewives of New Jersey. Meanwhile, Big Brother featured one of the most interesting Battle of the Block competitions of the season. All that and more went down tonight on your TV screens, so sit back, relax, and join us as we recap all the biggest moments! True Blood: So who's shocked at how that ended? Definitely not us. In her guilt over having infected Bill with Hep-v, Sookie showed up at his house in a little white dress and told him she'd stay with him to the end. She was soon rid of the little white dress, and they...

As previously reported, the HOHs competition for week 6 of Big Brother 16, ran past live show time, so we had to wait to see who won from the live feeds even though the damn HOHs comp was a freaking quiz. I still can't believe they let a quiz run past the allotted live show time restraints. But anyways, we can officially inform you guys that Nicole and Donny were indeed the two Hoh winners last night, July 31st. Now, they will both have to nominate two people for eviction today. After that, they will do the whole "Battle of the Block" competition where two of the nominees will win to take themselves off the chopping block and dethrone the Hoh that nominated them. Needless to say, there were a lot of negotiations and conversation that went on last night and into the early morning on the live feeds. Caleb offered Donny...

It’s Zankie Time in the “Big Brother” household, with both Frankie and Zach serving as Heads Of Household as tonight’s installment starts. That status will change by night’s end, with the weekly Battle Of The Block and the potential for Team America to force a major verbal battle during tonight’s nomination ceremony. Will The Detonators stick together another week, or will that alliance implode? Let’s find out what happens on this Sunday (July 27) installment… 8:00 pm Est: Previously on “Big Brother”: Zach shouted so loudly in the confessional room that I heard him in real time off-air. And I live in Boston. 8:02 pm: “Zankie is the new power couple!” intones the announcer. Damn straight. 8:03 pm: No one seems happy about Zach as Head of Household, with multiple people calling him a “wild card.” Meanwhile, Frankie is overcome with emotion at the thought...

When would you ever get to speak to Sir Steve Redgrave and Sinitta at the same time? Well, when you're meeting the cast of Channel 4's brand new competition The Jump - the duo will be taking part in all sorts of winter sports during the show.
When Digital Spy visited the terrifying ski jump in Austria just before Christmas, we grabbed Sinitta and Steve for a chinwag about why they're putting themselves through this, how the jump was thrust upon them, and lucky pants (of course)...
The Jump: Marcus and Nicky on tears, courage and insuring body parts
The Jump: Amy Childs and Henry Conway on going glam & being fearless
Steve on his past ski experience...
Now, straight up - Sir Steve is a very good skier. "I'm a level one Basi ski instructor," he said. "I'm allowed to teach people on snow domes and dry slopes back in the UK.

There’s a moment in one of comedian Simon Amstell’s stand up shows where he recounts a conversation he once had with the executive producer of Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks. Trading on the commonly held opinion that Hollyoaks is “rubbish”, Amstell enquired as to why the producer didn’t try to make it better. The answer came that they did make it better, but people stopped watching.
Even by the not-so-great standards that soaps are measured, Hollyoaks has always been firmly towards the bottom of the ladder. The fictional Chester suburb where the majority of inhabitants are extraordinarily good looking but also extraordinarily stupid has been identified by its often wildly outlandish storylines and impossibly pretty people.
