- TriviaStudied at London College of Music and Paris Conservatoire formed his own rock/jazz group, The John Harle Band in 1991, for which he plays keyboards and various saxophones, while continuing to be a member of The Michael Nyman Band has had saxophone music written specifically for him by such composers as 'Luciano Berio', 'Dominic Moldowney', 'Harrison Birtwistle', 'Richard Rodney Bennett', and 'Michael Nyman'.
