Is it low rent enough to qualify as camp?
Last night Dominic Friesen, the spokesman for ManCrunch.com, went on Larry King Live to discuss CBS denying their Super Bowl commercial a spot during the broadcast. Larry, as expected, provided a fairly balanced discussion. It's worth watching until the end, because Dennis Prager defended CBS' decision fairly well until then. But he pulls out "what about the children?" and ruins his well built story.
What do you guys think? Fair discussion?
Update: The View is covering this while I write it, and even Elisabeth can't bring herself to say it's not homophobic. Sherri can miss the entire point though.

This coming Super Bowl in Miami is the talk of lots of Ad agency types keeping an eye on the pro-life abortion ad proposed by Tim Tebow, and the proposed Gay dating service Man Crunch which touts the line: "where many many many men come to play." And CBS thought they had trouble with Janet Jackson's Nipplegate. First, Tim Tebow's abortion ad has stirred a hornet's nest with pro choice groups and sports fans who really don't want to think about the gnarly details of a controversial procedure: If that wasn't enough, a website called ManCrunch.com - which is a dating site for gay men - has their spokesman Dominic Friesen telling the New York Post that...

Is CBS not into the man love?
A gay dating site called ManCrunch.com wants to get in on the Super Bowl Xliv commercial action, but have been told that oops, too late, no more spots are open, reports the New York Post.
ManCrunch spokesman Dominic Friesen is calling Bs: "It's clearly a form of discrimination that we're getting the runaround, that we're not being told the truth. Quite frankly, there is a lot of ad space available -- a lot of the companies that typically advertise during the Super Bowl are not advertising this year."
Check out the ad and see what you think.
Incidentally, CBS has also rejected one of the two GoDaddy.com ads that was presented this year because it appeared homophobic.
This year, the bad economy has forced CBS to reevaluate its stance against running advocacy or political ads (like ones for PETA) during the Super Bowl.
