![Christmas 1944. Sandor Csanyi was born in 1975, in Budapest. He always knew that he
wanted to be an actor. He was admitted to the Hungarian University of
Theater and Film on his fourth attempt. He's been working in Radnoti
Miklos Theater since 2002. He is married to actress Lia Pokorny, they
have a son, Misi.
In 2004, he won the Hungarian Film Critics' Award as best actor and the British Fringe Report Awards for best acting in 2005 for Kontroll.
