Ciaran Foy's first feature Citadel had a decent premier at SXSW (our own rochefort said so-so in his review), but he's been making shorts for 10 year. His 2007 piece Scumbot is about a boy who gets a radio controlled robotic scumbag and it's now in development with Foy scripting and James Cotter directing.
