- Rico Constintino is a former police officer from Las Vegas, Nevada. He first appeared on American Gladiators and soon began to be fasinated by pro wrestling. He was trained by Jessie Hernadez at the school of Hardknocks (www.ewf-wrestling.net) in San Bernardino, California. He became the first rookie ever to hold the Empire Wrestling Federation championship. He soon was given a developmental deal with the then World Wrestling Federation (WWF). He wrestled in Ohio Valley Wrestling and other developmental territories as well as dark matches on Raw until he finally debuted on WWF TV as the "stylist" for tag champs Billy Gunn (Kip Sopp) and Chuck Pulombo AKA Billy and Chucky. - Rico Costantino was born on 1 October 1961 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Rico was better known recently as a flamboyant hair-stylist and fashion advisor to the tag tandem "Billy & Chuck" as well wrestling sometimes. Rico also won the American Gladiators championship and before he got in wrestling he worked for the Las Vegas Police Department. It was the job in LVPD that he got shot, mugged, beaten up and stabbed which made Rico stronger and went in wrestling.
