After the war she continued her film career in France for the time being where she appeared under different pseudonyms (Pola Virardi, Paulette Colar, Catherine Farell and Claude Farell).
After a dancing education she took acting lessons.
She began her film career during the turmoil of World War II, after the war she continued her career under the pseudonym Claude Farell.
When she appeared again in Germany in the 50's she maintained the name Claude Farell.
After that her fame faded. In the 70's she only took part in two movies - "Mir hat es immer Spass gemacht" (1970) and the serial "Vor Gericht seh'n wir uns wieder" (1978).
