PBS Kids has said goodbye to the Caillou TV show after airing the animated pre-school series for more than 20 years. The show stopped airing on PBS Kids on December 27th. While many online are cheering that the educational series has been cancelled, they're actually a bit late to the party.

He lives with his parents, Doris (Jennifer Seguin) and Boris (Pat Fry), two-year-old sister Rosie (Jesse Vinet), and Gilbert (Bob Stutt), the family cat. Caillou attends pre-school under the guidance of his teacher, Miss Martin (Ellen David), and plays with classmates Clementine (Sofie Holland), Sarah (Melissa Pirrera), and best friend Leo (Graeme Jokic). The show's cast includes Michael Seater, Stacey Farber, Alain Goulem, Angela Asher, Jesse Rath, Kaniehtiio Horn, Arielle Shiri, Peter Keleghan, Ellen David, Erin Agostino, Carl Alacchi, Samantha Moore, and Raphael Cohen-Demers.

The CW debuted a new comedy this week called 18 to Life. Like The Bridge, The Listener, and Flashpoint, this series was originally produced for Canadian television. Canadian shows have had mixed success in the Us so, how did this one fare?

The rest of the cast includes Peter Keleghan, Ellen David, Alain Goulem, Angela Asher, Arielle Shiri, and Tiio Horn.

Toronto -- The Canadian Broadcasting Corp. is ready to pick up locally produced single-camera comedy "18 to Life," even with pilot partner ABC out of the picture.
The Montreal-set sitcom, from indie producer Galafilm, portrays 18-year-old neighbors, played by Stacey Farber and Michael Seater, who get married on a dare only to face criticism from their parents and friends.
Last summer, ABC brokered a deal with Alchemy Television for U.S. rights to "18 to Life," marking the first time a Canadian and a U.S. network partnered on a Canadian primetime comedy. But while the U.S. network screened the Canadian pilot, it said Tuesday that it is no longer involved with the project.
Rounding out the sitcom's cast are Peter Keleghan, Al Goulem, Ellen David and newcomers Tommie-Amber Pirie and Ariel Shiri.
Derek Schreyer and Karen Troubetzkoy created and executive produced the sitcom, with Ian Whitehead producing and Peter Wellington directing the pilot.
