Martin E. Caan

Martin Caan is the former President of Kings Road Entertainment; a
formerly NASDAQ listed film Production Company. He was an executive at the William
Morris Agency, President of Production at Martin Bregman Productions, and a Producer for
Warner Brothers and Artisan. Mr. Caan has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of
Business at the University of Pennsylvania and attended the Yale School of Drama, where he
majored in Arts Administration. Among the pictures that Mr. Caan either represented,
financed, supervised or produced in his duties as agent, executive and producer are Officer
and a Gentleman, Gorky Park, Revenge of the Nerds, Pope Of
greenwich Village, Missing, the Big Easy, All of Me, Scarface, Sweet
liberty, Jackknife, Thief of Hearts, Kickboxer, Blood of Heroes,
showdown in Little Tokyo, Pentathlon, National Lampoon's Adam
and Eve and many more. Many of these pictures involved major stars and major studio
financing and distribution, and many were independently financed though negative pickup
deals, foreign presales, broadcast, cable and video output deals, gap financing, bank loans and
equity. He is a member of the Executives Branch of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and
Sciences.
