Kathryn (Kat) Burke was born in Indiana and grew up in Jacksonville, Illinois where she performed in community theatre since the age of seven. Kat wrote and directed her first film, "Kathryn Burke Corporate Savage", a mockumentary about an unconventional businesswoman, when she was fifteen.
Kat attended Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts on a full tuition merit scholarship and received her BFA in Theatre.
She made her feature film acting debut in the film "Zoo" directed by Alex King.
Writing and Directing credits include "Art Space" and the comedy web series "My Half Brother".
