Mai Ling and Young Jun were arrested but ended up in different places on Warrior Season 3 Episode 5, causing them to reevaluate their business model and associates.
One thing that everyone can be sure of when arrested is that you will be taken to jail.
No one likes jail, but Young Jun would have preferred to be in prison rather than that camp. It was not only a violation of the law to lock Americans up like that, but it was also inhumane.
That's not to say that Mai Ling was fairing better in jail because it also had challenges. For someone used to the luxuries being a tong leader provided, being hosed down like a slaughterhouse's floor was demeaning.

Max’s official trailer for Warrior season three doesn’t skimp on the action while also making sure to include updates on all of the key characters fans have missed seeing on the small screen since season two concluded in December 2020. The two-and-a-half-minute trailer not only confirms everything we’ve loved about the first two seasons continues with season three, but it also reinforces the need to go back and binge season two.
The season three cast is led by Andrew Koji as Ah Sahm. The new season also stars Dianne Doan as Mai Ling, Olivia Cheng as Ah Toy, Jason Tobin as Young Jun, and Joe Taslim as Li Yong. The teaser trailer’s only features 15 seconds of footage, but at least Warrior fans are finally getting an update on the much-anticipated third season. The Max Original drama will premiere with the release of the first two episodes of season three on June 29, 2023, two and a half years after the season two finale.
