Best remembered as Tyrone in D.C. CAB, a cabbie trying to get rich quick, and with a giant crush on Irene Cara. Although it's an ensemble with Adam Baldwin as the central character, and Mr. T on all the posters, Charlie's Tyrone opens the movie, and is the scene-stealer throughout (a kind of ultra comic-relief in a comedy film). In fact, Tyrone's given almost as much screen time as Baldwin, and far more than Mr. T.
