- (1960) Album: "Humorous Folksongs by Greensleeves" as the character Eddie Greensleeves. NOTE: "Eddie Greensleeves" was a millionaire folk singer who never sang for money. This character was created at the request of Westinghouse Television in New York and Ed appeared as a repeat guest on Westinghouse Television's Mike Wallace's PM East (1961) in 1961-62, as well as two appearances as the same character on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson (1962) in 1962, one with "Fat" Jack E. Leonard and the other with Soupy Sales, hosting.
- (1958-59) Created a sad clown character for the "Pop-Pop Show", a children's show on WJZ-TV in Baltimore, MD. NOTE: In 1960 WABC-TV in New York City brought him to New York and had him use the same clown character on his own show, naming him "Tommy Seven" and calling the show "The Tommy Seven Show". It ran weekday evenings and mornings from 9/12/60 to 5/24/63, and on Sunday mornings from 4/29/61 to 7/15/61.
