There is one threat that the Doctor hasn't banked on - Helen A's prized chief executioner, a crazed android and creator of killer confectionery. This robotic menace is known only as The Kandy Man, and he's not one to be trifled with.

The culprit is Kroagnon, the building's award-winning architect, who plots to rid Paradise Towers of all those who live within it.
