The Hero in Superhero

by quiqueperezsoler | created - 4 months ago | updated - 3 months ago | Public

I feel the genre of Superheroes has spread out too much lately, and while I'm glad diverse subgenres have emerged I feel they don't make those "pure" superhero ones. The ones where they are viewed as ideal versions of humanity, and we see them as leaders but also equals, suffering from the same flaws we suffer from. I feel this list exemplifies those ideals and that wish for having someone help us see through our greed, our self-fishness, stubborness... Heroes we look up to and respect.
