Following "Alamo Bay", she moved to Dallas and furthered her career, with co-stars, in The Legend of Billie Jean (1985) (dir. Matthew Robbins) and Getting Even (1986) (dir. Dwight Little). When Tobe Hooper and L.M. She burst into the room, pulled the chairs from beneath the duo and played the brief dialogue, while huddled in a corner. One of the outstanding cinematographers of Hollywood's Golden Age, Lang spent most of his career at Paramount (1929-1952), where he contributed to the studio's well-earned reputation for visual style. Lang was educated at Lincoln High School in L.A., then proceeded to the University of Southern California to study law. He quickly changed his career plans, however, and joined his father, the photographic technician Charles Bryant Lang Sr, at the small Realart Studio. He served a lengthy apprenticeship as a laboratory assistant and still photographer, before advancing to assistant cameraman, working with pioneering cinematographers H. Kinley Martin and L. Guy Wilky. Lang left Realart in 1922, had a stint with the Preferred Picture Corporation, then joined Paramount which had, by then, absorbed Realart at the end of the decade. In 1929, he became a full director of photography.
During the 1930's, Lang was one of a formidable team of cinematographers working at Paramount, including such illustrious craftsmen as Lee Garmes, Karl Struss and Victor Milner. At this time, the studio dominated the Academy Awards for cinematography, particularly in the field of black & white romantic and period film. Lang excelled in the use of chiaroscuro, light and shade, and was adept at creating the mood for every genre and style, from the sombre Peter Ibbetson (1935) to the glamour of Desire (1936) and the Parisian chic of Midnight (1939). Lang was an innovator in the use of long tracking shots. He was also liked by many female stars, such as Helen Hayes and Marlene Dietrich (and, later, Audrey Hepburn, because of his uncanny ability to photograph them to their best advantage, often using subdued lighting and diffusion techniques. Though nominated eighteen times for Academy Awards, he won just once, for A Farewell to Arms (1932). Among his many outstanding films of the 30's and 40's, are the lavishly photographed Bob Hope comedy/thriller The Cat and the Canary (1939) and the romantic, atmospheric The Ghost and Mrs. Muir (1947).
Lang's work with chiaroscuro lighting adapted itself perfectly to the expressionist neo-realism of films noir in the 1950's, most noteworthy examples being Ace in the Hole (1951) and The Big Heat (1953). He was at his best working with the directors Billy Wilder and Fritz Lang. The success of films like Sabrina (1954), Separate Tables (1958) and Some Like It Hot (1959) - all Oscar nominees for Lang's cinematography - owed much to his excellent camera work. Though he preferred the medium of black & white, he became equally proficient in the use of colour photography, working with different processes (Cinerama, VistaVision, etc.) on expansive, richly-textured and sweeping outdoor westerns like The Magnificent Seven (1960) and How the West Was Won (1962), as well as romantic thrillers like Charade (1963) and How to Steal a Million (1966). In 1990, Lang received a Special Eastman Kodak Award for colour cinematography.
Lang was known in the industry as one of the 'best-dressed men' behind the cameras, modest, yet a perfectionist and a consummate professional. He lived to the ripe old age of 96, dying in Santa Monica, California, in April 1998.- Actor

Born in Herkimer, New York, Chick Vennera's career in entertainment had an early start. Beginning dance lessons at the age of three, piano at seven, clarinet and saxophone shortly thereafter, Chick found his passion at a very young age. He continued his musical education throughout high school, singing and playing in nightclubs as well as school dances.
Upon graduation, he left New York bound for California to study acting at the esteemed Pasadena Playhouse. Two years later, Chick entered the Army where upon completing basic training he was assigned to the signal corps. It was while in the signal corps that Chick won the Third Army Entertainment Contest and was reassigned to Special Services and later the Third Army Soldier Show. He spent the balance of his military commitment singing, dancing and playing music for the troops.
After completing his military commitment Chick returned to the West Coast where he continued to work as a musician playing in various nightclubs in the Los Angeles area. It was during this time that he auditioned for the Academy Award winning choreographer Onna White who was choreographing 'Disney On Parade'. He spent the next two years touring the United States, Canada and Mexico performing as a dancer, acrobat and clown portraying many Disney characters. After the Disney tour, he worked with director/choreographer Joe Layton dancing and working as a back-up performer for Raquel Welch and the Sid and Marty Croft Review, in Las Vegas and Lake Tahoe.
During this time Chick went to New York to audition for a new show called 'Grease'. Chick won the role of "Sonny" and performed first in the "Bus and Truck" Tour, and then later in the second National Tour. When 'Grease' broke the record of longest running musical, Chick performed the role of "Sonny" on Broadway. After leaving the tour, Chick again returned to Los Angeles where he began studying at the Beverly Hills Playhouse with acclaimed director and teacher Milton Katselas. For the next two years, Chick acted various roles in film and television until he returned to New York to do the play "Jockeys" directed by Katselas.
Chick was awarded the Theater World Award for his role as "Angel" in 'Jockeys'. Back in L.A., after 'Jockeys', he starred in 'Thank God It's Friday', where, as "Marv the Leather Man", he performed the now famous dance on seven cars in the parking lot of a Hollywood discotheque. Casting director Marion Dougherty, who had seen his performance in 'Jockeys', asked him to audition for the role of "Danny" in the WWII love story film, 'Yanks', directed by John Schlesinger. This began Chick's work as an actor in more than 50 films, including 'The Milagro Beanfield War', directed by Robert Redford.
Chick's voice can be heard portraying characters in many animated television series, including Steven Spielberg's Emmy Award winning 'Animaniacs', in which Chick created the voices for "Pesto" and "The God Pigeon". In addition to acting, music, dance and voice-overs, he wrote and directed for television, stage and film. He worked as a singer and songwriter for radio, television and film.
Chick expanded his resume to include teaching. Under the guidance of acclaimed director and teacher, Milton Katselas, he taught for over a decade at the esteemed Beverly Hills Playhouse before starting the Renegade Theatre Group in June 2009. In addition to the Theater World Award, he won the Golden Eagle Award and was part of the ensemble cast awarded the Daytime Emmy for "Animaniacs". Chick Vennera was a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.- Actor

Clark Datchler was just a teenager when he released his first single titled 'You Won't Get Fooled Again' (1981). The single featured the drummer and bassist from reggae group Aswad.
Following this record, Clark signed up with Warner Bros. Records and moved to the States, Los Angeles, where he began writing songs for various bands.
He returned to the UK, London, and here he joined a band called Hot Club with Calvin Hayes, James Christopher Stevenson of Generation X, and Glen Matlock of Sex Pistols. The band released one single, 'It Ain't Me Girl' (1983), but Clark was subsequently signed to RAK Records as a solo artist and while with RAK he released his second and third singles 'I Don't Want You' (1984) and 'Things Can't Get Any Worse' (1985). The single were produced by Mickie Most, who had previously produced bands such as The Animals and Hot Chocolate.
In 1986, Clark formed the band Johnny Hates Jazz with Calvin Hayes and Mike Nocito and they released their first single 'Me And My Foolish Heart'. But it was not until a move from RAK Records to Virgin Records - and the single 'Shattered Dreams' - that Clark gained the success and recognition as a singer/songwriter that he had been working for the last half-decade. The song soared up the UK charts, reaching No. 5 (1987), and peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 in the USA (1988). It was a big hit across Europe and also made No. 2 in Japan. The black and white video (the USA variant) was directed by David Fincher.
The next single, an anti-war anthem titled 'I Don't Want To Be A Hero', made No. 11 (1987) in the UK, cementing the success of Johnny Hates Jazz and solidifying Clark's talent as a songwriter. The record made No. 31 in the States and would have likely climbed higher if the record company had not been concerned about the ant-war lyrics, written in the first person narrative, and conveyed from the viewpoint of a soldier who does not want to be a part of an unjust war.
'Turn Back The Clock' (1987) was the third successive hit for Johnny Hates Jazz and featured the backing vocals of Kim Wilde. The song - and video - are reminiscent of the Stephen King novella and film Stand by Me (1986). This wistful ballad, that tells of the happy and occasionally sad aspects of childhood, reached No. 12 in the UK.
1988 and the first Johnny Hates Jazz album appeared: 'Turn Back the Clock'. It went straight to No. 1 in the UK and was a further hit on the other side of the Lake. The album went Double Platinum and spawned the top-twenty single 'Heart of Gold' (No. 19) and the band's final hit 'Don't Say It's Love' (which peaked at No. 48 in the UK). Clark would leave Johnny Hates Jazz in 1988, when the band were at their most successful, and be replaced by Phil Thornalley.
Clark again embarked upon a solo career, moving to Amsterdam, where he began working on the album 'Raindance' (1990). Two singles - 'Crown of Thorns' and 'Raindance' - were released in 1990 before Clark began work on his second album 'Fishing for Souls' (1992). The latter album has since been re-released on Clark's own record label, InterAction Music (2010). The single 'The Last Emotion' was also released in 1992.
Singer, songwriter, and record producer, Clark is also a proficient multi-instrumentalist. He plays bass, guitar, drums and percussion, keyboards and piano, and the bouzouki. His music from the 'Raindance' album onwards has conveyed a strong environmental theme, and maintains the lyrical depth (missed by critics; but not fans) that is evident in the Johnny Hates Jazz songs and those written before. He mixes folk and contemporary instruments in order to achieve his own unique sound.

David Janssen was born David Harold Meyer in 1931 in Naponee, Nebraska, to Berniece Mae (Graf) and Harold Edward Meyer, a banker. He was of German, and some Swiss-German and Ulster-Scots, descent. David took the surname of his stepfather, Eugene Janssen. The Janssen family settled in Hollywood when he was a teenager and he attended Fairfax High School, where he developed an interest in acting. His film debut was a bit part in It's a Pleasure (1945), and at the age of 18 signed a contract with 20th Century-Fox. However, the studio dropped him after allegedly becoming disenchanted with his odd hairline and big prominent ears. Janssen had better luck at Universal, where he signed on in the early 1950s and became a supporting player in 32 films before appearing on TV as the star of Richard Diamond, Private Detective (1956). He resumed his movie career in 1961, a year after the series ended. His biggest success came from his lead in the series The Fugitive (1963), playing the haunted, hunted Dr. Richard Kimble, on the run for a murder he didn't commit. After the series ended, Janssen launched himself into a grueling schedule by appearing in lead and supporting roles in movies, but he had better luck with made-for-TV-movie roles and a short-lived series, O'Hara, U.S. Treasury (1971). He had another hit series with the cult favorite Harry O (1973). Janssen continued appearing in lead roles in nearly 20 made-for-TV-movies during the 1970s as well as other TV projects. He died in 1980 from a sudden heart attack at his Malibu home at the age of 48. Unfounded speculation holds that Janssen succumbed to alcoholism, a problem that plagued him most of his adult life. There were even unfounded rumors about drug use. However, a much more reasonable explanation for David Janssen's sudden demise is that this intense, dedicated, determined actor simply worked himself to death.- Desiree Gould was born on 27 March 1945 in New York City, New York, USA. Doug Berry (aka Andrew G. Ogleby) is an English actor and writer, born in the late 1960's to parents Donald and Valerie Ogleby. His home town, the then Motor City of Coventry was something of a boomtown at the time (following the devastation it had experienced during the heavy bombing raids of WWII) with its football club Coventry City, also gaining promotion to the top-flight of English football the same year of Doug's birth. By the time Doug left school however, Coventry had turned more into the 'Ghost Town' so poignantly portrayed in song at the time by its most famous band The Specials. Although, the mood of the city would later reignite when Coventry City F.C went onto win the F.A Cup in 1987, in what many still regard as the greatest Cup Final played in modern times. And in 2021, Coventry became the UK's City of Culture.
In terms of screen, Doug has appeared and starred in a wide-variety of film (both short and feature length) and produced the screenwriting for various film scenes, such as the Gus Zatoichi scene in Just Drive. He also has extensive experience as a supporting artist, including detailed featured work and performing various acting-double roles in major film/TV productions. Furthermore, Doug has an avid interest in martial arts/boxing films, having trained in the fighting/healing arts for over 25 years and with experience of stage combat, which he is now able to bring to the screen as well.
Due to his love of classic film comedy, such as Laurel and Hardy and satirical British humour, Doug had wanted to become a comedian when he was young, but circumstances at the time didn't allow it. Fast forward though to 2013, and a 'chance' meeting with the film producer Sharon Rapose at a business event at the O2 arena London, where Doug would later be offered the opportunity (and appear) in the short romantic comedy 'Konnichiwa Brick Lane' (2013) by Saera Jin. Following which, this then rekindled the idea of becoming a comedian, and so Doug began writing short sketches, with the idea of trying his hand at stand-up.
However in the summer of 2014, whilst absently minding his own business at a community festival, Doug was offered, 'out of the blue' by Louisa Le Marchand, the head of Global Fusion Music & Arts (a local charitable arts based organisation) the opportunity to appear in an original play 'All About the Boys' by one of its members, playwright Robert J. Fanshawe, about the WWI poet Wilfred Owen and his final battle scene. Doug would then go on to play one of its main characters, that of Private 'Jacko' Jackson, portraying the classic ironic humour of the British Tommy. Following which, he then completed a 22 performance run playing Chief Dogberry in the Fox and Chips production of Shakespeare's comedy 'Much Ado About Nothing' (where he was also to adopt his stage name from) and later also as Nick Bottom in the GFMA production of 'A Midsummer Night's Dream', amongst other stage productions
During this time, Doug was also inspired to write and perform in plays of his own, including 'Troubled meets the Troubadour' a bittersweet musical comedy, which he also co-directed. Following which, Doug then wrote the script and songs for an original full-length pantomime, Jackie & The Pirates of the Prime Meridian (2017). Which he also played the villain in. Similarly, Doug wrote another short play 'When the Chips are Down' (2018), a comedy also commenting on social issues, where he played the lead role in.
At present, Doug has written another short play, related to the covid-19 pandemic, which he hopes to stage as soon as it is possible to do so. Similarly, Doug has also written a short screenplay for a film looking at different aspects of the pandemic, which he has already stated working on and plays one of the main characters in. And it is hoped, the short film will be completed by early next year. So the future is looking bright for this hard-working, dependable and highly-versatile, observational, physical/comedic actor and writer.- Edgar Selge was born on 27 March 1948 in Brilon, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. He is an actor, known for Police Call 110 (1971), The Experiment (2001) and The Poll Diaries (2010). He has been married to Franziska Walser since 1985. They have two children.
- World explorer, artist, photographer, author and humanitarian Elena Levon, was born in Moscow, Russia on International Theatre Day - 27th of March 1984, into a multi-ethnic family.
She studied in Russia, UK, Cyprus and USA; Dance Academy in Russia, in the 90's Elena spend several years, studying at the American Academy in Larnaca, Cyprus and at the Dean Close School in Cheltenham, United Kingdom. Her teen years were spent at a Dramatic Theatre in Moscow. In her spare time Elena was working as a model and studied Tourism & Hospitality business in Moscow for 2 years.
In 2002, her father Eduard Leonovich Ayrapetov -- world-renowned scientist, author of numerous books and formulas, recipient of several international honors, awards and medals from Russian presidents, passed away after an extended battle with cancer. Elena had just turned 18. A year later at the age of 19 Elena Levon came to USA, by herself and worked as an actor and model in Los Angeles and New York. She now lives, works and travels between Asia, Africa and Europe.
Elena Levon has acted in a few films and TV shows, from up-and-coming directors and actors, to Hollywood legends. She was part of some of the world's top events in fashion, entertainment and charitable causes. She has met and became friends with a few of the most famous of our worlds personas. Elena Levon has spoken about international issues, with presidents, royalty, most wealthiest and most famous icons in music and entertainment industry.
"I speak to presidents, royalty, thieves, billionaires and beggars in the same manner" - Elena Levon
Since a young age Elena has always been intuitively drawn to ancient lands, traditions, arts, architecture and cultures, partly because of her strong Armenian paternal roots; Armenia is one of the oldest civilizations in the world. (Stone tools from 325,000 years ago have been found in Armenia which indicate the presence of early humans at this time.) The Armenian Empire was a monarchy in the Ancient Near East which existed from 321 BC to 428 AD. Armenia lies in the highlands surrounding the Biblical mountains of Ararat.
Elena's interest in continuing working in Entertainment industry in Hollywood and New York, was replaced by her hunger and passion to discover and touch vulnerable cultures and rituals around the world, that are disappearing with the age of electronics and artificial intelligence. Elena's undying enthusiasm in sharing her knowledge with the rest of the world and inspire others to be more curious about our world, reflects in the work she does. Main focus is to be less judgmental and more compassionate towards cultures, traditions and rituals, that are different from the ones we grew up in.
Elena Levon still works with directors and photographers when she is not in the middle of an expedition, where there is little to no contact with outside world.
Elena's photos in artistic nude genre, including her numerous art, created with a legendary photographer, Robert Farber, have been exhibited in Los Angeles, New York, Miami, Paris and South America and are published in several photography books by international artists.
As of 2012 Elena Levon holds passports of two countries - Russian Federation and United States. She continues to lead a nomadic lifestyle traveling mostly as a solo woman to 80+ nations on 6 continents, living alone in far away and dangerous jungles with tribes, who accept her as part of their own and allowing her to participate in ancient rituals. Elena's focus is helping poverty-stricken communities around the globe and bringing light to the issues, that tribal communities and different unique cultures face in the 21st century.
"When I travel, every single community profits from me being there. I bring supplies, medicine, gasoline, foods, clothes, toys, numerous gifts and pay every single community a fee for my stay. I can return to most of the countries I visited and I have a home to go to, a family, who treats me as their own. From Sicily to the depths of jungles in Americas and Africa." - Elena Levon
In 2016 Elena Levon survived a category 5 Cyclone "Winston" on one of the small islands in Fiji with locals and refused to evacuate with the rest of tourists, peace corps and resort owners, to safety, because; - "My life is not more important than the life of a local person" - Elena commented, when asked about her decision to stay. In event of natural disaster in Fiji locals are not allowed to be evacuated from islands by law. She managed to also rescue a badly injured infant and take him and his mother on the boat with her, so they could reach the hospital in mainland, 3 days after Cyclone passed. If it wasn't for Elena, no boat would agree to take any local, no matter how badly he or she is injured to mainland for at least another 2 or 3 weeks.
"I will always stand with people. I will never evacuate if the people, who were born on this land are forbidden to do so. Full stop" - Elena Levon
In 2016 at the famous Madang tribal festival in Papua New Guinea Elena Levon became the first foreign woman to embrace the tribal customs and joined dancing groups bare-breasted, painted and was crowned by tribal women, with a crown made of exotic bird feathers. Many people from the spectators, were coming over to Elena, in order to hug her and thank her for embracing their culture in the way she did.
In 2016 Elena Levon reached the least visited country in Southeast Asia - East Timor. Where she traveled by public transport across all country alone towards a small village. It is a home to rarely seen, ancient cave paintings. She lived there with a chief of that village and his family.
"In all the years I have been a chief, not a single foreigner came and helped us directly, by staying with us and not in hotel. You are the first one." - Chief of Tutuala village, Antonio Da Fonseca
In 2017 Elena was allowed to capture and document the daily life of young monks inside a monastery in Myanmar. One of the elders shared with Elena his concerns for the future "I see them hiding their phones under pillows with Facebook accounts. I wish they studied more and not be on those phones all the time".
In 2017 Elena Levon became the first foreigner to ever (confirmed by the village's leader) live at one very rural villages, that you can only reach by foot and is not located on the map, deep in Madagascar. She was invited by a local family to celebrate the famous Malagasy funeral ritual "Famadihana" (Turning of the bones).
"I did not just dance with the dead (with their bodies around the crypt) .. I (being a woman) was invited to dance with the heads of families (which are all men) on the roof of the tomb holding the flag of Madagascar. It is not easy to find this ceremony, and especially to be invited to it by the family. Beneath me in the tomb bodies and souls of 6 men and 6 women, danced and drank this life with me, with every hit of my cowboy boots and the heartbeats of 500! people, who danced around the crypt. Dust drenched in eternity of this "red land" traveled all the way to infinity and back.
They believe that their deceased family members, have healing and special powers. They ask for guidance and blessings. If husband and wife were somehow in different crypts, they are being reunited at those ceremonies. Without tours, without guides, without a driver with a car (as a white person usually moves here) and translators. I experienced this otherworldly Malagasy tradition from A to Z with Malagasy family (whom accepted me as their own) Without knowing the language. I slept with them on the floor in the cold without electricity (only 30% of houses in Madagascar have electricity), pushed the car and plunged into a real Madagascar, instead of the one that you are shown on the TV and sold in tour companies. After a couple of days, children and adults yelled my name from all corners of this village." - Elena Levon on famous Malagasy Famadihana ritual, in Madagascar, Africa 17.07.2017
In 2018 Elena Levon became one of a few people in the world, who with the help of her Nicaraguan friends, locals and even local police, managed to locate one of the most ancient Pyramids of all Central and South Americas. - "Garrobo Grande" Pyramids and shine a light on the most unbelievable theft that have happened in Nicaragua, but never been published anywhere or spoken of before Elena did in any media or by any journalist.
"On the Internet there is very little information and just a couple of photos of poor quality. There is also no exact information on how to get to it. Next to this pyramid there are 4 small ones and other ancient traces carved from stone. Archaeologists worked here 25 years ago for the first time. And for the second time, just some 18 years ago, an archaeologist named George (speaking Spanish and English) came to this area with a guard that was armed. He persuaded the local people in the villages to work and dig pits in all 5 pyramids, the local people were paid well and were fed 3 times a day. This was the beginning of one of the biggest thefts in Nicaragua and Central America.
This is not written and not told anywhere. This information you can get only from the lips of those who 18 years ago witnessed this story. There are myths that these pyramids are being taken apart by local people to build their houses - this is a lie. Many local people live in barely standing wooden huts, without electricity, toilets and they try to survive. There are farms, young children on horseback chase cattle, mountains, mud, rain. On the field, you can even see young cowboys playing baseball. Those who were hired as "security" near the excavations 18 years ago, were not allowed close to the pyramids. One day helicopters flew in and robbed a huge amount of gold from all 5 pyramids. In this theft, a local archaeologist was involved, working for those who stole gold on helicopters." -- Elena Levon
In Nicaragua Elena was also able to discover one of a very unique and rarely seen petroglyphs depicting an ancient sacrifice to the gods.
In 2018 Elena Levon became one of a few foreign women and first Russian/Armenian woman to ever travel solo deep into the most dangerous jungle in the world - The Darien Gap. It is famous for being the main drug road from South America to North America. A lot of foreigners have been captured and killed here by the FARC (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia). Director General of SENAFRONT (specialized and permanent police force, structured and organized to protect Panama's land borders and protect its sovereignty and territorial integrity and to protect life, honor, property and other rights and freedoms of individuals) gave Elena a signed document, that gave her permission to enter a rural zone, where Elena lived with Embera tribe, researching, helping and documenting their culture for about 2 weeks.
In the Darien Gap jungle Elena Levon lived outside of where tour guides and tourists are allowed to go, without written permission from SENAFRONT in Panama city, foreigners are not allowed to travel through that area. On her journey to the most dangerous jungle in the world, Elena Levon was befriended by the local 3rd Pacific Battalion of SENAFRONT, inside the Darien Gap and was told by the captain and lieutenant that "We have never seen a woman by herself in this part of the Darien Gap"
In 2018 Elena saw 12.500 year old cave paintings in Colombia, that are not often seen by public, because it is inside the region, that is still by many considered a "red zone", because it was a FARC (Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia) nest. In this region Elena also spend some time with the last nomadic tribe of Colombia Nukak-Maku and brought supplies and foods that were very much needed in that tribe. She saw them hunt with poisonous arrows and documented their daily lives.
In January and February of 2019 Elena Levon became one of the very few women ever to live for almost a month with one of the most unique tribes in the world - Yanomami/Yanomamo tribe, who still practice endocannibalism, deep in the Amazon jungle. She is the first Russian/Armenian woman ever, to be invited by the chief of Yanomami tribe, into the deepest of amazon jungles (4 day journey on boat, one way, crossing 2 rivers) in order to participate in their famous death ritual, which lasts 3 weeks, and includes dances, songs, shamanism, hunting and at the end of which, the tribe burns the body of the deceased, crushes the bones and then consumes those crushed bones with the porridge made of bananas.
While living with this tribe, Elena found herself inside a very dangerous "Red Zone", where 99% of people of this tribe had Malaria. Elena was accepted as their own and the chief Geronco, gave her a Yanomami name "Adorini". (In the Yanomami legends, Adorini was the most beautiful and dangerous woman of Yanomami tribes) All members of this Yanomami tribe were calling her "Elena Yanomami".
Elena Levon is the first Russian/Armenian woman ever and one of maybe only a couple other foreign women in the whole world, to whom shaman and chief of a very traditional Yanomami tribe, with very strict rules, have allowed Elena to participate in "men only!" Yopo (Parika) ancient ritual, while living with them deep in the Brazilian Amazon jungle.
Elena Levon traveled to Yanomami tribe with her friend, Antonio, who is from South American, Guyanese Wapishana tribe and she became the first foreigner to whom this particular Yanomami tribe, allowed to stay with them. A couple reporters, photographers and journalists reached this tribe before, but the chief and the elders of this tribe did not allow them to take a single photo or spend even one night there. The chief told Elena that it is her home now and that they are waiting for her return.
In 2019 - 2020 Elena journeyed solo through Sahara desert between Mauritania and Western Sahara (Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic) home to the proud and independent Sahrawi people -- one of the last nations in the world, that still has courage to fight for it's independence against those, who are trying to dismantle it's culture and steal its resources. In April of 2020 Elena lived with local nomads deep in the Mauritanian Sahara and was offered to stay with that nomadic family indefinitely. "This is your home forever. You can spend all your life with us if you wish" - Were the last words from the matriarch of Mauritanian nomad family before Elena's departure from Sahara desert.
In Mali Elena became a resident of an ancient library in Djenne, where she spent almost two weeks learning about ancient scriptures and local customs of different tribes. Djenne is the oldest known town in Sub-Saharan Africa, which is also called "The sister of Timbuktu". Elena Levon was allowed inside the biggest building made of mud in the world - The Great Mosque Of Djenne and talked about world issues and political issues of Mali with the most honorable Marabout (teacher) of Djenne. Elena also met with the leader of Donso fighters and captured a rare and never seen before reportage from the Donso fighters/hunters, along with eye-opening footage of nationwide protests against French military and MINUSMA (United Nations) occupation of Mali. In that footage Malians across the country were demanding France and MINUSMA to leave Malian soil immediately.
Elena Levon fearlessly and most of the time solo, dives very deep into the very soul of countries and cultures on her journey, by choosing public transport (sometimes extremely dangerous and brutal), shoulder to shoulder with local people, over carefully planned, guided tours, as most of journalists, photographers, filmmakers and explorers travel in 21st century, in order to aid themselves. This new breed of explorers and filmmakers, often times portray their sometimes very expensive, carefully guided and planned tours, that can be purchased by anyone who can afford it, as "one of a kind explorations into unknown and uncharted" and as something "Never done or seen before" to the public, when in reality a lot of times, those places and people see hundreds of tourists every month and sometimes even every week.
Elena Levon is one of the few true independent explorers. A lot of times in jungles she lives in her hammock, with no electricity or toilets. She washes and swims in rivers, that are full of caimans, anacondas and piranhas, as if it was her birthplace. Sometimes she sleeps on cold cement floors or wooden planks, side by side with locals, who accept her into their tribe, as their own. Many call Elena "The Human Chameleon" and "World's Soul" because of her ability to become the very people and cultures, that she lives with in the most honest, authentic and pure way.
Elena Levon races on horses with cowboys through the biggest wetlands in the world, gallops through deserts like a true outlaw, can gallop on a horse easily without a saddle, dances passionate tango in tango's birthplace, walks with lions side by side in the savanna, that is part of the rehabilitation center in Zambia, gets touched by wild gorillas in jungles of Uganda, gets in a fight with Russian mob, skydives out of planes from 4000 meters, lives with Berbers in the Sahara desert, helps at local farms, lives a cowboy life on ranches, hangs on edges of the biggest waterfalls in the world, travels solo by local transport through the most dangerous parts of our world, swims like she was born in water, feels at home in jungles, as if she was a jaguar, eats all kinds of exotic foods, that are not for the faint of heart and then can be ready for a photo shoot or a red carpet event in a blink of an eye and without much preparation, money or effort.
On her journey Elena Levon has taken very unique photos and video footage, that is not seen often by the outsiders. With all the gifts from all the tribes and far away communities, that Elena Levon has lived with in her life, she can open her own multi-cultural museum. Elena spends her life, creating in front of the camera, behind the camera, writing poetry and stories (in two languages) that touch and inspire thousands of people from all corners of the world.
People from more than 190 countries have been reading Elena Levon's stories on her websites and many were inspired to never give up on their life and dreams, they were inspired to follow their hearts and live their lives more fearlessly, freely and passionately. Artists paint Elena's portraits, that are shown and sold in international galleries and poets dedicate their art to her.

As a child actress, she appeared on the television program Kids Incorporated (1984) for several years with Renee Sandstrom. Later, Ferguson was a member of the female trio Wild Orchid, which she fronted with fellow Kids Incorporated (1984) star Renee Sandstrom and Stefanie Ridel. Wild Orchid released two albums, but after completing a third album, their record label declined to release it. This prompted an emotional crisis, and Ferguson sought therapy. She left the group shortly thereafter. In 2003, she was invited for a part in The Black Eyed Peas' song "Hey Mama." The members of the group were so impressed by her performance that she became the fourth member of the band. Since then, she's mostly known as "Fergie." In September 2004, Fergie met an American actor, Josh Duhamel, who she married in 2009. She took part in a Hollywood blockbuster, Poseidon (2006). Fergie is a favorite singer of Quentin Tarantino, who invited her to co-star in his movie Grindhouse (2007).- Writer

Gloria Swanson was born Gloria May Josephine Svensson in Chicago, Illinois. She was destined to be perhaps one of the biggest stars of the silent movie era. Her personality and antics in private definitely made her a favorite with America's movie-going public. Gloria certainly didn't intend on going into show business. After her formal education in the Chicago school system and elsewhere, she began work in a department store as a salesclerk. In 1915, at the age of 18, she decided to go to a Chicago movie studio with an aunt to see how motion pictures were made. She was plucked out of the crowd, because of her beauty, to be included as a bit player in the film The Fable of Elvira and Farina and the Meal Ticket (1915). In her next film, she was an extra also, when she appeared in At the End of a Perfect Day (1915). After another uncredited role, Gloria got a more substantial role in Sweedie Goes to College (1915). In 1916, she first appeared with future husband Wallace Beery. Once married, the two pulled up stakes in Chicago and moved to Los Angeles to the film colony of Hollywood. Once out west, Gloria continued her torrid pace in films. She seemed to be in hit after hit in such films as The Pullman Bride (1917), Shifting Sands (1918), and Don't Change Your Husband (1919). By the time of the latter, Gloria had divorced Beery and was remarried, but it was not to be her last marriage, as she collected a total of six husbands. By the middle 1920s, she was the highest-paid actress in Hollywood. It has been said that Gloria made and spent over $8 million in the '20s alone. That, along with the six marriages she had, kept the fans spellbound with her escapades for over 60 years. They just couldn't get enough of her. Gloria was 30 when the sound revolution hit, and there was speculation as to whether she could adapt. She did. In 1928, she received an Oscar nomination for Best Actress for her role of Sadie Thompson in the film of the same name but lost to Janet Gaynor for 3 different films. The following year, she again was nominated for the same award in The Trespasser (1929). This time, she lost out to Norma Shearer in The Divorcee (1930). By the 1930s, Gloria pared back her work with only four films during that time. She had taken a hiatus from film work after 1934's Music in the Air (1934) and would not be seen again until Father Takes a Wife (1941). That was to be it until 1950, when she starred in Sunset Boulevard (1950) as Norma Desmond opposite William Holden. She played a movie actress who was all but washed up. The movie was a box office smash and earned her a third Academy Award nomination as Best Actress, but she lost to Judy Holliday in Born Yesterday (1950). The film is considered one of the best in the history of film and, on June 16, 1998, was named one of the top 100 films of all time by the American Film Institute, placing 12th. After a few more films in the 1950s, Gloria more or less retired. Throughout the 1960s, she appeared mostly on television. Her last fling with the silver screen was Airport 1975 (1974), wherein she played herself. Gloria died on April 4, 1983, in New York City at the age of 84. There was never anyone like her, before or since.- Greg Boyed was an actor, known for Auckland Daze (2012) and Target (1999). He was married to Caroline Chevin. She is an actress and composer, known for The Little Mermaid (2023), The Color Purple (2023) and Last Holiday (2006).- Tall (6'1"), tough, and burly actor, extra, and baseball player Hank Robinson was born Henry Ford Robinson on March 27, 1923 in Covington, Tennessee. Robinson grew up on a sharecropper farm in rural Tennessee and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. Hank spent thirteen seasons playing in the minor leagues in such places as Hollywood, Denver, Gladewater, Yakima, Little Rock, Saginaw, Lake Charles, Galveston, and Laredo. Robinson worked as a security guard at MGM before embarking on a career as an extra in the mid-1960's. Hank frequently popped up as cowboys on various Western TV shows and made often uncredited cameo appearances in a handful of movies. Not surprisingly, Robinson in the latter part of his acting career landed occasional credited roles both in film and on television alike in which he was cast to type as a baseball umpire. Moreover, Hank also scouted and coached young baseball players in both California and Nevada as well as was an avid golfer. Robinson died at age 89 on April 7, 2012 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Harold Nicholas, the younger half of the world famous Nicholas Brothers dance team, is known as one of the world's greatest dancers. He and his brother Fayard Nicholas were established superstars at Twentieth Century Fox with their astounding dance numbers in the studios musicals features. Harold was known for "attributing spice to Fayard's grace," with his quick moves. Harold was a seasoned pro at age 7, appearing in everything from early 1930s Warner Bros. Vitaphone shorts with the great Eubie Blake, to receiving the prestigious Kennedy Center Honor in Washington in 1991. Carnegie Hall sold out for a tribute to he and his brother in 1998, who were both present that special night. Though he always made his astounding mid air splits and backwards somersaults seem effortless, Nicholas was much more though than a "specialty act" for 1940s Fox films. He was an incredible "dancer," one you could watch and never tire of. The man had a something no other dancer had. Always with a smile on his face, his special charm and style gave him that extra something no other dancer had.- Hernán Fredes has been married to Florencia Issa since 20 November 2015. He died on 27 March 2019 in Liverpool, Merseyside, England, UK.- In 1993, nine year old Jon Paul Steuer was cast in the role of Brett Butler's son Quentin Kelly on the ABC sitcom Grace Under Fire. The pilot episode aired September 29, 1993 with actor Noah Segan playing Quentin. Jon took over the role starting in episode two. During hiatus of the second season, ten year old Jon was cast in Little Giants (1994), a comedy movie co-starring with Sam Horrigan who was then 13 years old. Jon returned to his Grace Under Fire schedule and continued on the show until the end of the third season.
In May 1996, Jon's parents abruptly pulled him from the show saying that they felt the show was not a good environment for their son, citing Brett Butler's substance abuse, frequent rehab admissions and her overt sexual behavior toward 12-year-old Jon. Brett Butler was observed flashing her breasts at him on the set. When Jon left Grace Under Fire in 1996, it was his Little Giants co-star Sam Horrigan who took over the role of Quentin Kelly.
After leaving the show, when Jon interviewed for other acting jobs, he found most casting directors only wanted to question him about what it was like to work with Brett Butler, how it was working on Grace Under Fire set and why he left the show.In April 2015, Jon told an interviewer from the internet-based newspaper website, The A.V. Club, that he thought the behavior of some casting agents was very unprofessional and that he didn't appreciate how the focus during job interviews was on Brett Butler and the show, when he was supposed to be interviewing with them for another job.
It was then that Jon Paul Steuer decided to quit acting altogether. His family moved to Denver Colorado and while finishing high school, Jon worked at several jobs.
In 2003 Jon took the stage name of Jonny P. Jewels, formed the glam punk band Kill City Thrillers with four other musicians and became the lead singer. In 2005, the band changed its name to Soda Pop Kids. The band worked consistently until November 2009 when the group decided to quit.
In 2011, Jon became the fifth member of a Portland-based punk rock group called P.R.O.B.L.E.M.S. They performed in nearby states and in 2014, the band went on a European tour. Jon remained with the band until his death.
In March 2015, Jon became partners with chef Sean Sigmon and invested in a vegan restaurant in Portland, Oregon called Harvest At The Bindery. The restaurant thrived for almost three years.
On January 1, 2018, at the age of 33, Jon Paul Steuer died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound at his home in Portland, Oregon. The day after his death, his Harvest At The Bindery restaurant partner closed down the restaurant permanently and on January 3, 2018 it was put up for sale. - Producer

Julian Wyatt Glover was born on March 27, 1935 in Hampstead, London, England, to Honor Ellen Morgan (Wyatt), a BBC journalist, and Claude Gordon Glover, a BBC radio producer. He is of English, Scottish and Welsh ancestry. Primarily a classical stage actor, Glover trained at the National Youth Theatre, performed with the Royal Shakespeare Company and became a familiar face to British television viewers by appearing in many popular series during the 1960s and 1970s. His talent for accents and cold expression made him an ideal choice for playing refined villains. Glover's guest appearances on television include series such as The Avengers (1961), Doctor Who (1963), Space: 1999 (1975), Blake's 7 (1978), Remington Steele (1982) and Merlin (2008). He also played the recurring role of Grand Master Pycelle on 31 episodes of the HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones (2011).
During the 1980s, Glover achieved some fame in Hollywood with roles in popular films such as General Maximilian Veers in Star Wars: Episode V - The Empire Strikes Back (1980), the Greek villain Aristotle Kristatos in the James Bond film For Your Eyes Only (1981), Brian Harcourt-Smith in the Cold War thriller The Fourth Protocol (1987) and Walter Donovan in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989). In the film version of Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002), he provided the voice of the giant spider Aragog. Voluptuous would be an understatement when describing the incredibly-endowed June Wilkinson whose va-va-voom 43-22-37 contours filled out a 5' 6" frame that rivaled Jayne Mansfield and Mamie Van Doren during the heyday of the pneumatic blonde bombshell. Of the titillating, top-heavy trio, June wound up a distant third in film popularity but has to be acknowledged and complemented for her continued perseverance in a tough business. Still seen around town here and there broaching age 70, June was one of the most popular cheesecake models lensed nationally during the late 1950s and early 1960s.
The British-born stunner was born on March 27, 1940 in Essex, England and wasted little time. Intially trained in dance (Sussex School of Dancing) to become a ballerina, she was performing on stage from age 12. The one-time brunette began as a topless dancer at age 15 and joined the legendary Windmill Theatre in London as a fan dancer in 1957. Discovered by Hugh Hefner within a short time, June came to America and first appeared in Playboy magazine in September 1958. Hefner rather unimaginatively but appropriately dubbed her "The Bosom." The tag stuck and enhanced her eventual transformation from a stunning brunette to platinum blonde in 1960. A sensation on the pages of Playboy, she appeared again in both August 1959 and November 1960, and in several other issues over the years, although she would never become an official "Playmate."
The uninhibited June took her "Playboy" publicity and ran with it. She started appearing in scores of girlie magazines and newspapers from 1958-1970, Like fellow pneumatics Mansfield and Van Doren, June vied for attention in films. Under contract to Seven Arts, her attempt at movie stardom, however, fell flat (sorry). After being unbilled in such lowgrade films as Thunder in the Sun (1959) and Mr. Tease and His Playthings (1959) (here she appeared faceless as a topless figure called "Torso"), she was showcased in Career Girl (1960), the tale of a girl trying to make it in Hollywood. With such lurid tag lines as "June is bustin' out all over!" promoting her pictures, one need not be a rocket scientist to see where her film career was headed. Subsequent romps in "Golden Age" turkeys like The Private Lives of Adam and Eve (1960), Macumba Love (1960) (her best known), and The Continental Twist (1961) sealed her fate as a serious movie actress.
June, however, kept her name alive throughout the 1960s and 1970s in nightclubs (notably as a sexy foil to Spike Jones), and on the live stage in such sex comedy teasers as "Three in a Bedroom," "The Ninety-Day Mistress" and "Will Success Spoil Rock Hunter?" via the dinner theater and Las Vegas hotel circuits. Her most successful vehicle was in "Pajama Tops," a show which amplified her still-gorgeous figure as well as her comedy timing. She returned to this well-received show quite frequently for decades and took it briefly to Broadway in 1963. She also appeared glamorously in such TV shows as "Batman," as the villainess Evilina, and "The Doris Day Show." In 1972, June married Dan Pastorini, the NFL quarterback for the Houston Oilers and L.A. Rams, who was known for his playboy-like reputation. He sometimes appeared as an actor in films and TV, and the couple appeared together in the film Weed (1975). They had a daughter, Brahna, before divorcing ten years later.
A savvy, health-conscious businesswoman, her later projects have included running a successful string of fitness centers in Canada, hosting the Encore cable show "The Directors" in which she interviews filmmakers, and a historical fashion show called "Glamour's First 5000 Years." June recently made a rare film appearance in the lowbudget western Three Bad Men (2005) with George Kennedy.- Actor
