Un Certain Regard (all titles)

by brainkiller007 | created - 21 Jan 2017 | updated - 10 months ago | Public

This list contains all titles ever playing on the "Un Certain Regard" section on the Cannes Festival (includes all titles from 1978 till present year).

"Un Certain Regard" section exists since 1978 and was built by Gilles Jacob out of 3 "Out of Competition" categories, to support films which are too "untypical/different" for the main competition. Since 1998 the best film of this category is awarded with the "Un Certain Regard" prize.

As there wasn't held a 2020 edition of the Cannes Festival, 56 Films were announced, which would have been played on the different categories such as the Un Certain Regard one. Check out this list for those 56 selected titles.

-Sorted per Festival Year (descending) and Original Titles (A-Z). If you want to see the Original Titles being displayed, visit this link and choose "Original" on the menu "Title display country/region". -I have used the official festival site to find all titles and prizes won. -In case you prefer it, this list is also available on Letterboxd.
