- DirectorUdi AloniMariam Abu KhaledBatoul TalebInspired by characters from 'Alice in Wonderland,' 'Waiting for Godot' and 'Antigone,' young Palestinian actresses deal with the military occupation and gender oppression, violence and grief, on stage and in life. Following the lead of their beloved director and peace activist, Juliano Mer-Khamis, who was murdered on April 4th, 2011 outside the Freedom Theater in the Jenin Refugee Camp in the West Bank, they use their imagination in an unpredictably brutal environment creating an artistic rebellion; a vivid and brave portrayal of a young, active generation of Palestinians.
- DirectorMervi JunkkonenKebi, Serge, Musa, and Hector come from different parts of the world, but they have one thing in common: they have all been tortured in their home countries. Contrary to their expectations, they survived the torture and they now all live in Finland. Life goes on, but with certain limitations. The torture has had a severe impact on them. It has affected their minds, self-esteem and sleep. And the rise of an anti-immigration atmosphere in Finland does not help the situation. Kebi's future is uncertain. He is seeking asylum and living in a refugee reception centre. He is struggling with depression, insomnia and an alcohol problem. In addition, he has been beaten up by local youngsters and the case is about to go to court. Serge has a residence permit and he is attending therapy sessions for torture victims, but he feels that he cannot heal without his children. His family reunification process is proceeding, and slowly his zest for life is coming back. Musa and his family have received asylum in Finland. As a husband and father, he feels that he is insensitive and coarse - his torture experiences have a stong effect on his family life. Hector, the oldest of the four, is a grandfather and a pensioner. Over the years, he has managed to channel his emotions through painting and his grim art has become more colourful. But even forty years after he was tortured, he is still suffering. In the film, the stories of the four men are interwoven into a common experience of what it is like to try to live on after being tortured.

- DirectorRachel BoyntonThe film's central story follows a small group of American explorers at Dallas-based oil company Kosmos Energy. Between 2007 and 2011, with unprecedented, independent access, Big Men's two-person crew filmed inside the oil company as Kosmos and its partners discovered and developed the first commercial oil field in Ghana's history. Simultaneously the crew filmed in the swamps of Nigeria's Niger Delta, following the exploits of a militant gang to reveal another side of the economy of oil: people trying to profit in any way possible, because they've given up on waiting for the money to trickle down. So what happens when a group of hungry people discover a massive and exquisitely rare pot of gold in one of the poorest places on earth?

He was forced to labor since he was six years old and suffered from hunger, beatings and torture, always at the mercy of the wardens. He knew nothing about the world outside the barbed-wire fences. At the age of 23, with the help of an older prisoner, he managed to escape. For months he traveled through North Korea and China and finally to South Korea, where he encountered a world completely strange to him.

The stories of four detainees and the doctors involved in their abuse demonstrate how US Army and CIA doctors implemented the Enhanced Interrogation Techniques and covered up signs of torture at Guantanamo and Abu Ghraib. Interviews with medical, legal and intelligence experts and evidence from declassified government memos document what has been called the greatest scandal in American medical ethics. Based on four years of research by Producer/Director Martha Davis, written by Oscar winning Mark Jonathan Harris, and filmed in HD by Emmy winning DP Lisa Rinzler, the film shows how the torture of detainees could not continue without the assistance of the doctors.
