Greatest Movie of all times

It feels like an indie, a social Sci-fi and maybe a bet of psychological/big brother/no escaping type movie, I also don't know the actors, but it's one of my favorite Sci-fi movies even though I've only watched it ones. Please if anyone knows it or knows how I can look for it please help.
