Back at Community, Omnira attempts to further manipulate Elle into staying in the cult by bringing her into a 'Level Two' ceremony to revisit her pain and past trauma's. But as the ceremony turns invasive, Elle suddenly realizes the toxicity of Community and starts packing. Realizing she has nowhere to go and no one to call, she knows there's only one place she can stay.
- Molly is excited that she found a job and, bursting to tell Marvin, accidentally bursts in on Jordan and Nathan in the middle of a cuddling session. Marvin storms out of the house after Molly reveals that she created an online dating profile for him, which was only meant as a 'thank you' gesture for helping her find a job. Elle has ended up at her mom and Hunter's house where she finally opens up about her panic attacks, grief around her abortion, and her subsequent breakdown. Patricia doesn't respond in the way Elle was hoping. Surprisingly Elle finds support and advice from her mom's easy-going boyfriend Hunter, who gently explains Elle can march to her own drum and find herself again. Molly, now truly alone, listens to a voicemail from Dr. Brown, confirming that they can move up her surgery date.
- Jordan has been working all night to perfect an important client pitch and Elle is MIA. He goes into a fantasy dream where he discovers his EMPOWERED alter ego and finally finds out exactly what he wants. The next morning, he and Latvia hatch a plot to sabotage the slideshow that Elle is presenting. Accepting Dr.Brown's offer, Molly comes in for a pre-screen chat to discuss her worries. Reluctantly, Molly opens up about her loneliness and her blunt doctor softens to offer Molly the support she needs. During the presentation the sabotage is in full swing, but unbelievably, the client is extremely receptive and complimentary to Elle only. Incensed, Jordan finally reaches his limit and speaks his truth with an ultimatum to Elle. Feeling like the rug has been ripped out from underneath her, Elle asks Latvia to explain what has happened and suddenly her and Latvia realize who actually fired Latvia.
- Jordan decides he needs to stand up for himself with his hookup hottie, TallJock and admits he wants a relationship. Elle and Jordan discuss about what transpired between them and apologize. Elle officially offers him sole ownership of the company, which was his dream all along. Elle asks Rosie for forgiveness after she had showed up intoxicated and at her breaking point several months ago. Elle finally starts thinking for herself and what she wants to do without needing external validation. Molly finally calls her parents and lets them in on why she is home. Meredith reveals she also had endometriosis and Molly's parents promise to get home a.s.a.p. When the Toronto Humane society calls Molly remembers the phone call she made after she got her job. The lonely pup is the perfect peace offering to Marvin and they reconnect. It's surgery day and she's still not sure who's going to be there for her when she wakes up..

Jordan and TallJock make it official in real life. Elle and Molly are finally able to connect and plan to get together soon. Weeks later we find Elle and Molly meeting at Rosie's just like old times to reconnect... or will they?
