- After moving in with her Mennonite in-laws, a young Filipino-Canadian woman tries to maintain her own identity as she gets a crash course in pierogis, platz and prairie living.
- This film explores the lives of Tim Haughian, Bonnie Bricker, Dariyn Jensen and Griffin Jenkins, four people with an intimate relationship with suicide, living for hope. Throughout the film we get to know these people, the struggles they have had with mental health, and the things that brought them back to hope. Tim lost his father and brother to suicide, and once tried to take his own life, Bonnie lost her son to suicide, and Griffin and Dariyn both struggled with their mental health in their teenage years. Each of them has had a long journey, and each of them has learned to accept themselves and those around them. Today, they are all living for life, and for hope.
