The Baytown Outlaws (2012)
Terrible waste of time
This is one of the top ten worst movies I've ever seen. I can't imagine anyone other than 12 to 13 year old boys actually giving the movie more than 1 star. Two words, obnoxious, and childish. As I watched it I could feel brain cells dying.
Kill List (2011)
Not worth watching.
Total crap, waste of time. 95 minutes I'll never get back.
Traded (2016)
Embarrassing
I like Kris Kristofferson, Trace Adkins, and Tom Sizemore, but men of their character should rightfully be embarrassed to be associated with a movie of this caliber. The movie was badly written, overly drawn out, the dialogue was atrocious. I only gave it 3 stars because of the 3 celebrities I actually knew.
Whitechapel (2009)
Very good!
Very good show. Definitely enthralling! Keeps your attention like a hand on your throat.
You Were Never Really Here (2017)
Waste of time.
Probably one of the worst movies I've ever seen. I think the director was probably on a bad acid trip. Too bad, it had a lot of potential. That's 89 minutes I'll never get back.
Godless (2017)
Not terrible.
Not a terrible show, not a great one either. I thought Hell on Wheels was significantly better, and Deadwood even better yet. Having said that, it was somewhat entertaining. I wouldn't call it a waste of time.
Into the Dark: Uncanny Annie (2019)
Worst episode so far.
Not even one of the characters was the least bit likable. Within the first 15 minutes I was rooting for Uncanny Annie. Before 30 minutes were up I couldn't force myself to watch any longer, knowing there was still another hour and a half to suffer through, I gave up knowing it would be 90 minutes I would never get back.
Into the Dark (2018)
Don't waste your time
Total waste of time. I stopped at the 12th episode, because that's all I could stomach. I skipped one or two others in between because the first few minutes were such a put off. Save yourself! Go forth and watch something else. Something at least partially worthy of your time.
Elementary (2012)
The last season was the last straw.
Evidently it wasn't bad enough to dress Joan up as a man in those mansuits in season 6, then she went to a brassy blonde. Elementary WAS one of my favorite shows on TV. They had intriguing storylines, and despite the rest of the Hollywood crackpots, managed to stay out of politics. Slowly their episodes became more and more predictable. Then in the final season they pull out all stops and start making derogatory remarks about the second amendment.
Not sure I can force myself to watch the rest of the final season. I thought you were better than this, Elementary. Apparently you are no different than the rest of the radical, foaming at the mouth, leftists.
Perpetual Grace, LTD (2019)
Not looking good
When I saw the cast I had high hopes. The first and second episodes intrigued me, but the third episode took a serious nose dive. If the nose dive continues through the fourth episode I'll probably drop it and not look back.
Too Old to Die Young (2019)
Couldn't stay awake.
I tried to watch the first episode. I really wanted to like this show, but it's like watching paint dry, boring AF. I struggled through the first half hour, and that's all I could tolerate. All of the characters were monotone, seemingly slow witted Xanax zombies. No thanks. I prefer at least SOME action.
Chernobyl (2019)
Fairly good, so far.
The first episode is interesting. I remember when this happened very well. The only problem I am having with the show so far is that out of all of the Soviets that I have seen so far, NONE of them have even a hint of a Slavic accent, British all the way.
Killing Eve (2018)
4 stars and dropping
The first season started out very intriguing. Then they had to go down the lesbian road because that's just sooo trendy, and I found the Villanelle character to be very psychotic and repulsive. The cutesy attempts are just trying to hard, and only succeeding in making my skin crawl. It started out really good, but if it keeps going in the same direction it has been I doubt I'll finish the second season.
NCIS: New Orleans (2014)
My favorite NCIS show.
Awesome show, Awesome addition (Necar Zadegan) in season 5!
Mr Inbetween (2018)
Wasn't at all impressed.
I was only able to struggle through the first episode and about 5 minutes of the second.
My first beef is that it was 30 minutes long where as every other drama I've seen was an hour, but in this case, it was a blessing in disguise. The Australian accents were so thick I could only understand about every fifth word. The character is a one dimensional knee capper/thug/scumbag. I just didn't find it interesting at all.
Well, now I have forced myself to watch 4 episodes to be sure I haven't misjudged the show, but I've only waisted 2 hours I will never get back, and confirmed, the show is total crap.
