Hwarang (2016)
kdrama of an important part of the Silla Era/Three Kingdoms
Great historical kdrama. I can find no fault with the (lead-) actors, I rather lay the critic at the writers door for the sometimes annoying behaviour of the lead actress' role. Park Seo Joon shines, Kim Chang-Wan was an amazing villain: I hated him to peaces!!! And I think that was the best acting of Park Hyung-Shik I have seen so far. Great job!!!
Sarangeui bulsachak (2019)
Maybe my expectations were too high?
Son Ye Jin and Hyun Bin are two of my favorite actors, but I am now at episode 9 and can only watch it with the fast forward button.
The episodes are way too long, the evil doer are overacting/overacted, lots of impossibilities (tornado and no broken bones,...) and I see no chemistry between the leads. When I think about Son Ye Jin in "something in the rain" with her co-star....I would have believed they date for real!
I think I spend my Corona-isolated Easter holidays with something else.

I watched it till the end. How?
Because I skipped a lot of the crime story. It was so exhausting!!! So nearly half the time (so about the time of 10-12 Episodes - how long a drama should be dramaturgically to my opinion) is not necessary for following the story arc and have a good time watching.
I would give "my" short version 8 out of 10, also they are really good actors.
W - Du gaeui segye (2016)
Logic Problems and always those 30 year old virgins...:O
The first episode was one of the best in Kdrama I have ever seen! What a pity it could not keep the pace and quality. I stopped watching in episode nine because if everything is possible then there are no questions left for the viewer: the tension is gone. And so went my attention.

Unexpected fun, unexpected ending
Glad I got to see this Korean tv show before the license on Netflix ended.
Though as almost always I find the episode number too long, the songs and the acting (especially the two leads) were really really good.
I am going to wait a few years (months?) and then watch it again...
Minami Shineyo (2009)
Great and fun
I enjoyed myself immensely binging this kdrama; my best moments are the music scenes and manager Mahs "moments of madness", the "love triangle" fanfic and the night supermarket.
The writing is just excellent, all those quirky ideas and details, so little weaknesses in the characters are excused by me...
Bap Jal Sajuneun Yeppeun Nuna (2018)
My favorite Kdrama so far
A really enticing love story where you can learn a lot about women's position in the Korean business society (almost a handbook on how to cope with sexism at the workplace) and the gap between the western way of life (Joon Hee) and traditional thinking in the family/pressure (Jin Ah).
I live in Berlin, Germany (in my 40th) and was astonished of the impact especially the mother had on how her daughter wanted to live her (love) life.
Thank god those days are over.
Next in Fashion (2020)
way way better than the Klum Show
Kindness in competition is possible and entertaining as well. Much better concept than shows of the same kind.
Looking forward to a next season.
To All the Boys I've Loved Before (2018)
A sad mainstreamy story taken out of two really special books
To make a movie out of Jenny Han's two delightful books isn't easy because of all the details and sidelines in the charming story of a teenage girl and first love(s) and this film just shows that.
All the people and moments, that made these novels special, have been left out to leave behind an unsurprising all-American movie.
The two stars are for the actors.
