Hell why IMDB does not offer a super dislike button

Destroyer of minds....hell of a party this serial is....bullshit content...go to hell is only thing I want to tell of makers of this piece of shit. Can't tell how disappointed I am in the viewers choice. How the hell does this keep trending and maintain high TRP. Are we turning dumber day by day.

Something to look back to
28 February 2022
I have read about Homi Bhabha; learnt about Vikram Sarabhai...after all Vikram was the name of the Chandrayaan lander. But seeing them in a visual manner was a different experience. I can say I loved it. The ease with which the actors have showcased the brilliant lives of some of the great scientists that India has produced is commendable. I particularly liked Arjun Radhakrishnan as Kalam. I believe that watching this series is not a matter of choice but rather a moral compulsion to be a better judge of what it means to be a good cinema.

Salute to the Delhi Police
10 October 2019
How often we criticize the system, especially the police for most of the wrong things that we encounter in our public life. Well if you are one of them then watch this, it may be an eye opener. The police in India is poorly staffed, does not have the necessary training, forensics department is largely missing, budget is always a problem and above all the civil society and media have little account of these issues. These are some of the inherent highlights of this wonderfully drafted and directed series. On the other hand, a different angle from the side of the rapist pshchology has been subtly presented in an implicit manner. Rehabilitation Vs punishment is always a tough decision. This was certianly an eye opener for me, watch to know a lot of things into the internal workings of the system which we are part of.

One India: Many Bharat
9 October 2019
A new kind of documentary with sharp issues that are very part of India we live in. A new kind of change that India is part of manifests it in various forms. The new age girl seeks to the change the old values and adopt the new ones but the other section sees it as the violation of the intricate culture and heritage. One group sees herself as the next Priyanka Chopra while the other goes to see herself as Goddess Durga. The two worlds with the different belief system crisscross each other that this leads to tensions. The sharp tensions are shown in a well organized manner. The dark sides of an extremist groups like call for violence, chauvinism, polarity are something that the new generation is learning in some pockets of the nation. This set of ideology is challenging multiculturalism and non-violent ideals of Mahatma Gandhi. In the name of the empowering women these groups are somewhere leading the nation into unknown and dark lands. Similarly, the other half is not free from becoming mere product of western ways of life. Being a brand is the new motivation of the urban middle and higher class girls. The west is using this mentality to utilize the huge Indian market as per their call.

Brilliant storyline and screenplay with below avearge graphics
9 September 2019
Warning: Spoilers
This fantasy series is based on classic adventures of Hatim, towards his quest for stopping the evil forces. The cast is This is a trend setter as far as the fantasy series in India is concerned. With a good storyline and commendable screenplay this could have done wonders provided the graphics team could add to itself on the VFX part. While Zargam's character is a grudge Hatim is kind as well as powerful. Demise of Hatim at end was a real sad moment for me. Really loved watching the series.

A small ray of truth is enough to pierce loads of lies
21 August 2019
This is a series that sets standards even for the Bollywood movie makers. This shows the way cinema should be like. With horrific as well as subtle expressions and events this series takes us into the actual circumstances into one of the most horrific incidents known to human life. Also, this shows apathy and lack of sensitivity that the Soviet offered to protect its unintelligent pride. This is a story of how a man stands against series of lies to help protect millions of lives through his constant endeavour. He is shown light of wisdom by one of the other scientist who gives more value to righteousness than running away. Struggles of families associated with the event and poor plight of closely associated people like firemen, civilians is shown with brilliance and no pinch of imaginiation is attempted. A true picture is attempted through right amount of study of those events. There is little to entertain ourselves but a lot to learn from this. Kudos!! Hoping for more stuff of this standard.

Bollywood needs to learn from this
22 June 2019
Unique idea of black and white cinematography along with brilliant direction deserves nothing less than 10 stars. This is more than struggles faced in the quest for success. This is something that everyone watch and different things can be learned from it. With a well aligned story this series offers us entertainment as well as education. Wonderful actors like Jitendra add wonders to the already well written script. Bollywood and senile directors like Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor come and watch this offer us something better.

Bubble buster for the typical Indian value systems
20 June 2019
This was a fresh breath of air amidst all the regular stuff that Bollywood offers. A new light dropped into Indian society and its traditional ways of thinking with the aim of breaking the typical Indian mindset that offers resistance to change. Ayshmaan, as regular played brilliantly and Sanya drags us with her cute and attractive looks. But the mature acting of Gajraj Rao and Neena Gupta steals the show as they deliver the true lives of a middle class Indian family.

What hatred leads to?
22 April 2019
A child's mind is innocent, it does not compare or justify.....it's just perceives the world the way it really is. This movie revolves around the killing of friendship and love amidst madness of hatred and false victory by the so called gentlemen out there fighting for the nation. A false sense of pride gives way to superiority, anger and way to capture power but the innocent minds are killed in the process, which side doesn't matter. The purity of feelings and emotions suffers and so does the humanity. About the screenplay each has done their part pretty well justifying their respective roles but the concept is what makes this movie far superior and something to learn from. Dont' watch it for fun, watch it for learning from the past mistakes and leading humanity to a better path.

A simple and beautiful romantic story
8 November 2018
Warning: Spoilers
A popular model falls for a common Book Seller at the Notting Hills owing out his innocence. What to say about Julia Roberts- a Goddess on Earth!! Same is played in the movie itself. Huge Grant plays the character of a innocent guy who is not much involved in complex equations. The emotional scenes are really touchy which are introduced at the prefect timing. The romantic scenes are breathtaking while the comedy scenes are hilarious. Bella does good on the modest part and spike on the comic part. The chemistry of a popular actress and a simple boy is really amazing. The deeper intricacies of such mismatched relations are well discussed here and there. A touching story that will sweep you completely into itself and the innocent love is worth feeling. Lovely watch.

An innovative concept but poor execution
26 October 2018
Warning: Spoilers
A nation wherein everything from the trains to buildings is made of the most powerful element in the cosmos, the vibranium. This is just amazing to think. Moreover, the technologies like the Magnetic Levitation trains, the holographic technologies like visual driving are first time introductions in Hollywood. The graphics, in the way the tribes are shown, the waterfalls are all mesmerizing. The poor part is the story and the direction. The entire story is somewhat boring and unconnected where you are not in charm to watch the next twist as it seems so predictable. Moreover, the exaggerated acting of Shuri kills while watching. The direction was below average as a brilliant story was presented in an average manner. This movie had many new elements that could have been capitalized to produce a brilliant fantasy but the opportunity seems to have been missed. Let's see what this has to offer in the Avengers series.

A repetitive Sci-Fi that offers little to add to the traditional making
20 October 2018
A regular Sci-Fi movie with visual effects and burst of technological know-hows. This was meant to perform well after the 1st part failed to deliver the quality expected of a Marvel movie. But, unfortunately this successfully repeated the regular Sci-Fi stuff. A burst of technological terms and effects gives little to delve into the story. The comic part was average. An interesting part at the end was the connecting pin offered with the Marvel universe. The turning into dust effects them too leaving Ant-Man into quantum reality. Does he have a chance to change the unfateful state of affairs of Infinity war? This is a mystery to solve.

An objective documentary that shows the growth of new politics in Indian democracy
19 October 2018
This is not the traditional documentary with facts and figures but an objective presentation of the true set of events through which the nation went in the tight months of strife among the political parties. The Yogendra Yadav exit was among the major turn of events. Arvind's role is not good or bad but true. The unfateful demise of Santosh Koli was grievous. Certainly this is a must watch for every Indian for making sure of getting out of the regular caste and religion based politics. India needs to stand together to drive the nation into new set of political institutions that are powerful.

Not really Bollywood
19 October 2018
This was something that may give may give 'goosebumps' to the makers of Hollywood movies. This is a movie that will add to the Indian cinema a tons but unfortunately Indian cinema is not prepared for it. The viewers are not prepared for it. We are still into watching that regular melodrama and item songs. I was fantasized for the making of Stree and acting and drama that made it. But after watching this I can proudly appreciate the concept and depth that this movie offers. This shows us what a thriller can be like. The biggest attraction of the movie was the story that was very symbolic of the human craving. Human craving takes you into darkness is the message of the movie . Sohum Shah has played his part powerfully and so has Anita Date. The direction was not orthodox and was original. This is the first movie of its type and definitely Hollywood can learn from it. This is a much an improvement over the Hollywood stories like Annabelle, Conjuring. A must entertainment for all. Watch it, especially if you are not into watching the regular drama that Indian cinema offers like Race 3

Stree (2018)

Best Horror Comedy of my life
14 October 2018
Warning: Spoilers
Now, this is what you call a movie. A full bang on movie that has all the elements of entertainment. Rajkumar Rao is at his best, while playing the role of an innocent young boy of Chanderi. Pankaj Mishra is no less with his one liners and witty acting. Shraddha Kapoor is also no less sexy as a ghost. The storyline was the sight taking in this movie as it revolves around multiple interpretations as it is left open ended. Varying outlooks have been given, especially the must debated ending......was Shraddha really the Stree?? Was Shraddha was power hungry witch?? and many more theories. This shows the depth of the story writing!! The horror element was well cinematographed with brilliance. Another important element was the deep meaning one liners- 'stree hai purush nahi jo jabardasti le jayegi'....This shows the level of sarcasm that the production is capable of making. Full on entertainment.....this one is worth watching....hoping to see sequel of this movie.

A much needed movie to cast light upon the existing state of affairs
11 October 2018
This originally began with average performances and dialogues that really do not take you into the movie, Although, the issues raised from time to time were deep and real. This highlights the plea of 'What is it to be a Muslim in India.' And more so how is to be a Muslim (a community that is known for producing terrorist!!). A prejudice that kills the innocents while striking fear in the minds of minorities. All cannot be held for the acts of few. Rishi Kapoor does a phenomenal job - being a senior and versatile actor. Tapsee, although my all time favourite could not do her 100% in this movie. The power that was required was somewhat missing. The emotions could have been more powerfully expressed, but then she is not a veteran like Amitabh Bachhan (PINK). Ashutosh Rana gives a power packed performance that will get you moved- simply brilliant performance. Overall, this is a must watch, especially if you are an Indian, more so, if you are influenced by the right wing extremism.

One of the best thrillers that Indian cinema has produced
7 October 2018
An intersecting story that connects with you with it from the beginning till the very end. Each step of the movie seemed unpredictable and that added to the content. Luckily, all the missing elements converged during the end of the story. This brilliant story is supplemented with flawless acting of Tabu and our chocolaty hero, Ayushman Khurana. The way he played a blind person is fabulous. His unique character is a emerging mark on the way the Indian cinema is progressing. Above all the direction was systematic, inter-related and interesting that is enough to give goosebumps to the viewers during the watch time. A must watch for all!!

A tight slap upon the Indian hypocrisies
22 September 2018
This is much more than just a movie. This is a satire over the existing state of affairs; over the masks that we wear to hide our evil and call ourselves civilized. The evil today does not have a face, it is present in all of us in some form or the other. Some hide it under the banner of religion, caste and other identities. Indian can no more tolerate these hypocrisies. Though a story based upon a serial killer, Raman this story successfully highlights the hidden aspects of our society as well. And what comes in mind when it comes to acting, other than Nawaz bhai. A marvelous piece of acting that rightly showcases the character. And the combo of Anurag and Nawaz- what can be better than this. Both excel in their fields. It is evident from the screenplay the efforts put up in the movie making. Anurag has researched a lot, travelled a lot probably to get us the deep details of slums and low income families and so on. And the satires they were excellent- one was the Babaji with a brand new Goggle...haha. What a shame on these religious jokers. The dialogue delivery was awesome. Also add-on the Vicky Kaushal, an emerging star of Bollywood who dares to give us some quality content rather than playing with few items songs and earning money. You will love to watch it, especially if you dislike hypocrites......full on bang on!!!

War never pays is the message
22 September 2018
A saga of genocide in the Vietnamese war. This is the description of a horrifying set of events during the Vietnamese war and the plight of even the US soldiers who are left stranded due to political hypocrisies. A story about a Colonel disobeying the military commands and then portraying himself as God of a local tribe. The hidden message of the movie was the catastrophe that war war brings in the minds and hearts of men; the horror it creates and the disturbance it brings. A militarily superior country need not think that war is not going to harm it. It does harm all alike at the deeper levels. No matter who. War can only bring horror and destruction. It is the prostitution of entire races of men. It pays none, nothing. Willard manages to kill Kurtz but can he escape his own horror!!

Watch at your own risk!!
16 September 2018
I was initially not into watching this movie but got to watch just by the support of good names like Anurag Kashyap and my favourite Tapsee Pannu. This movie was a headache for me and I could barely manage to sit for 3 hours to complete the movie. The story was poor, no good one liners, not a single dialogue worth mentioning. The entire movie seemed off the track with no relation back and forth. I know I am being too rude but that happens when you watch a movie after many days and get to watch such a pathetic movie, that too by your favourite director and actress. This should not be watched untill you wish to waste three hours of your life. My personal opinion. Anurag Ji please maintain your brilliant streak and don't disappoint us with stuff like these.

Added a new dimension to student-teacher relationship
16 September 2018
A movie that adds new elements to the relationship between students and teachers. Also this hits on few elements of society like poverty, discrimination, exploitation. A new breath given added with brilliant performance by Rani Mukherjee. She has really given a bang with her acting. A little is compromised on the direction. Somewhere the movie seems to add proceed in unconnected links and somewhere going too fast. Nevertheless, the issues the movie highlights are both important and sensitive. A good watch overall.

Badi Door Se Aaye Hain (2014–2016)

Brilliant concept equipped with brilliant comedy
10 September 2018
Warning: Spoilers
A story about aliens and their unusual way of life this is sure to add a place in your heart. A series composed of good actors like Sumeet Raghavan, Bakhtiyar Irani, Shruti Rawat this makes one of the best comical series in the Indian TV series. In the times of useless stuff on the TV platforms series like these come with a relief to the mind and make you enjoy the few moments with laughter. The egoism of Uncle Ojha, the poor English of Ronnie are impressive elements. Also the Chemistry between Sharad and Anna is interesting, more so, with the entry of Manav in the picture- creating a love triangle. An unusual story that takes you into innocent imagination arising out of the aliens trying to fit into the world of humans and the practical problems they face in their journey. The shrewd role by Pritesh, a small boy who adds obstacles in the path of the Gothala family. Overall, this is a must watch series if you wish to find comedy in the innocent and simple ways of life.

Remove the lead actor and actress and this becomes a marvel
10 September 2018
An old concept comes in the new light and humour. An interesting story that binds you into it. With brilliant actors Urmila Tiwari, Rakhi Tandon, Tiku Talsani this makes you stick to your television sets. The shrewd role played by Amish Tanna is interesting. And who play a more versatile role than Gaurav Dubey. Gaurav adds brilliance to the show but his acting, humour and versatility. When dressed as a sadhu he is too comical to miss. Also the new addition in the form of Shruti Rawat, another brilliant actor is wonderful. The family tries hard to avoid the truth being revealed but Amish and Shruti are there to add blocks on the road. What downgrades the show is the poor and boring performance of the lead actor and actress. They seem out of the picture when the other characters perform at their best. The best way to revitalize this series could be to add new faces in the lead. Overall, this is an awesome watch.
