Such a self-absorbed character

A well-acted movie is ruined by the selfish "Lady Bird" main character. She does not appreciate or respect anyone or anything.

A great film on the horrors of war is absolutely ruined by outlandish melodramatic acting. I know that was the style 90 years ago, but it is painful to watch.

I was so looking forward to seeing Tom Hanks as Fred Rogers. But this movie is really about Jerry Vogel, a self - centered jerk. What a giant missed opportunity to see a great actor playing a legend. I would guess that a full 70 per cent of the screen time is spent on Vogel. WHY??????

Thinner (1996)

Bad acting.

Billy Halleck is portrayed as a pathetic glutton with no redeeming value. He wasn't so gross in the book. The actor's use of wide eyes Everytime he ate was disgusting. The look of the film was like a made for TV movie.

Burt Lancaster does a terrible "aw shucks" acting job here. The son is even worse and spends the whole movie crying. Pathetic.

What a waste of a decent premise. Hint to Hollywood. If you are going to make a film about a parent trying to save a daughter, at least make her a decent human being. I spent the whole movie wishing that she would be killed.

Freaks (2018)

Tries to poison her dad. Leaves his protection because she wants ice cream. Tells her father she wishes he was dead. We are supposed to have empathy for her?

Wonderful performances...except one

Great acting and a wonderful story. ..with the exception of Tyrone Power. His portrayal of the accused is so over the top that it is a farce.

His constant emotional outbursts are ridiculous and would never be allowed in a court of law. He almost ruins the movie.

The Tick (2016–2019)

Arthur ruins this series

Great premise for a series and Tick is a great character. However, Arthur is so irritating that he ruins everything. He is a very whiny and has no backbone. I wish the show only focused on the Tick.

Whenever she makes a choice, it is a bad one. Right from the start when she turns off the highway because of a minor traffic jam. Of course the area she drives to has no cell reception. Then she allows her daughter to walk off into the desert by herself. Just an idiot. The actress is not very talented and displays a limited range of emotions.

The daughter grows up after losing her mom at a young age to have sex with any man on the street. She is a terrible person and ruins the movie. She has no redeeming qualities at all.

Longmire (2012–2017)

Great series, but somewhat racist

Great performances by Robert Taylor and Cassidy Freeman. Katee Sackhoff mumbles too much as usual. The big flaw is racism. All indians are mystical and spiritual and constantly put down white people. Racist talk is bad no matter where it comes from.9

The character of Brianna ruins the show

Great show and wonderful performances. The character of Brianna is just awful and hurts the show. The actress is even worse and seems to be just reciting lines. I have seen better acting in high school plays. Jamie and Claire save the show.

The Last Ship (2014–2018)

Are you kidding me? The entire US navy is destroyed, except for the Nathan James. The attack is not done by China, Russia or N Korea. It is done by that famous world power Colom ia.???... They can't even feed their own people but in this show they hack the entire US cyber network with a memory stick uploaded in a two bit cafe. The US army is afraid to march south to meet the enemy.

This season was beyond stupid. It was insulting. Especially to any veterans.

Whiny characters and terrible actors. Too irritating to watch these punks in space. Of course the crew includes the standard angry latina, the goofy fat guy and other stereotypes.

Murder Mystery (2019)

There is a fine line between comedy and stupidity. This film crosses that line and is just stupid. Hugh shock for an Adam Sandler movie, right? Jennifer matches him in stupidity as well. Waste of time.

The Wolf's Call (2019)

The sonar guy with the golden ears walks through the entire movie as if dazed. He smokes pot right before a drug test. He abandons his post at a critical moment to run to his bunk and cry. Terrible representation of a sub crewman.

The extent of his acting ability is to whisper every line. Is that the only way he can act in dramatic moments? He even whispers in gunfights. He ruins the whole show.

The Last Ship (2014–2018)

A 200+ Destroyer crew is boarded and surrenders to a local yahoo police force? Are you kidding me? Officers question their captain's orders at every turn. The senior staff goes partying at a night club in hostile territory and is ambushed. Members of the real navy would be embarassed by this show.

A movie made for 13 year-olds. Danny McBride is not funny, just stupid. Don't waste your time unless you are in the right mood. Only Natalie and Zooey are good.
