I'm pleased I don't live under the US "justice" system
6 June 2021
A well acted film well paced and directed.

There's far too many of these miscarriages of justice happening by people in a uniform or position of power.

There's more than enough evidence on the news and what I wasn't aware of is sometimes surfaced like here in a movie.

As shocking and depressing as these injustices are, it's compounded by failure of the system to acknowledge and correct it's mistakes, rooting out the corruption.

So well done to the film makers for shaming those involved.

I'm glad I watched it before reading the reviews! Really liked it!

I love all the leads in this and watched it without hesitation. I expected a remake of Rear Window from the trailer, but it wasn't, and it didn't disappoint. I've not read the book so had no pre conceived ideas and didn't see the plot twists coming. We both really enjoyed this traditional thriller, best we've seen in a while.

Brilliant

This is just soo good. Brilliant acting from older and younger cast members. The emotions in every episode are totally believable and as a 56yo male I find myself choking back tears of sadness or joy. I love the way issues still prevalent today are woven in the story lines with moral lessons that are not preachy. There are some good series' out there and this wouldn't have been a shortlisted one for me, but I'm glad I clocked the high ratings and checked it out. It's one of the best I've seen.

Suspenseful, intriguing but frustratingly plot at times
23 July 2018
We do enjoy a foreign language drama as they are often very good. This has its merits, the plot intrigues and keeps you wanting to watch the next one. What had us screaming at the tv was the portrayal of the police. They are truly incompetent in their practices, prompting many an OMG really!!! moments. None the less, it kept you guessing till the penultimate episode. Worth a watch, just don't expect the quality of Spiral or The Bridge.
