At Least They Got Sebastian Bach
30 April 2024
Warning: Spoilers
The coolest part about this episode is knowing they got former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach to voice Triton! Not only do I love Sebastian Bach already, but in my opinion at least, his voice really works in this episode. This take on Triton is supposed to be an angsty teenager, and he really delivers that, plus I always thought Triton's design was cool too!

But the rest is all downhill from there. The plot already is uninteresting and I found myself not caring. King Neptune banished his son Triton for being less of a God, and having more of an interest for the mortals. But I'm siding with Triton for enjoying life and even creating a cure to help the sick, only for King Neptune to end up smashing it and banishing his own son!

Oh and also there's two major plot holes, one is the Queen was in charge of arranging the party to begin with, therefore she was in charge of the guest list. Yet for some reason Triton's name was in the guest list, and SpongeBob is still to blame?! Second is, Triton says that the lock was forged by the Gods and not just anyone can open it. Yet Patrick was able to open it just by peeling some stickers?! Give me a break! The writing is terrible!

So yeah, obviously I don't like this episode, but like I said I only like Sebastian Bach in it and his character was a really cool design with a cool voice to go with it. But that's all I can really say about it.

Stick to the Original Please!
31 March 2022
This is pretty much a live action sitcom with a laugh track, with animated characters in it. The only real cool thing to see is the original voices returning for the animated characters. Aside from that it's all cringe humor, horrid acting, over the top, and a snooze fest. Just please bring back the original! Make it animated, hasn't Nickelodeon learned any live action Fairly Oddparents project never holds a candle to the show? Gosh, I'd rather sit through the Chloe episodes than to touch THIS again. I'd say just binge watch the original show on Paramount+ and just shrug to this one.

Give me a break!
24 September 2021
Do I even have anything to say about this one? This is just as bad as Young Dylan, if not worse. Everything about this is unfunny, horribly acted, and the list goes on. I'm keeping this review short. Please just don't watch the show, save your brain cells.

I...Love...this...movie
29 August 2021
I mean, this is the holy grail, the gold mine, of bad movies. I love how hard this made me laugh. Every wrong choice being made, everything about this is a marvel. Also Fred Durst (Limp Bizkit) the director, what the heck?!

Look go watch this movie now, It's a B movie everyone should watch, I laughed so doggone hard, I nearly passed out. The first line of dialogue from John Travolta sold me, "Can't talk too long, I gotta poo."

YES! YES! This is the movie for me, it knows how to make me laugh with horrible acting, writing, and make up work. Please see this, just see it.

Too repetitive
7 April 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This is probably my least favorite Charlie Brown special. It's repetitive, the story isn't all that interesting, and it's not all that funny at all, and this is on the Emmy Nominated DVD. Charlie Brown and Linus wander around town looking for a girl Charlie Brown has an instant crush on, after seeing here on TV during a 2 second Honey Shot in a football game. After a while things is just repeating itself, and Charlie Brown becomes very annoying due to saying some of the same lines over and over again.

A Poor Man's Version of The Office
3 April 2021
Drama Club is Nickelodeon's version of The Office. It's filmed like a documentary, with interviews and everything. That's all it is really. It's annoying, every character is unlikable, And normally I would watch a full episode before making a review, but this time I couldn't even bear half the episode I watched. Which was the Pilot episode. If you don't like Tyler Perry's Young Dylan, or Side Hustle, or Cousins for Life, this show falls under the category. In other words I don't recommend it to anyone.

Young Dylan (2020– )

Doesn't Even DESERVE A One Star
8 July 2020
If there was a rating miles lower than a one star I'd give it that grade. One star feels too high of a number for a show with quality THIS bad! Young Dylan is nothing but a show about a kid who can rap, and thinks he's all that. It's super self indulgent. The fact that he wears a crown, and sitting on a throne emphasizes my point. This is a derivative version of The Fresh Prince of Bel Air. Nobody, and I mean...NOBODY plays a good character. Everyone feels forced, unnatural, and heavily scripted. It looks like they are acting, rather then just being natural. There's no story at all. If you thought Nickelodeon reached an all time low with a show before this, they reached like 50x lower. Nothing good comes from Young Dylan. No Joke ever works, no character ever feels real, and no answer for how this show got into existence!

Edward Norton as Lionel Essrog was amazing, his Direction was just as great! One of the best films I've seen all year. I am a sucker for good film noir movies, Edward Norton, and a great cast. This movie had all of that. I was never board, In fact I had a fantastic time with my Dad and we both enjoyed it and I would definitely pre-order this for DVD, maybe even Blu-Ray; but first I'll have to buy a Blu-Ray player for that!

I'm a Rocketman!
15 July 2019
Rocketman is a very entertaining biopic film with a ton of catchy songs and performances. Normally I am not a fan of musicals especially when everyone just BURSTS into a song, but with this film it helpe tell the story and it makes sense. Taron Egerton ad Elton John was more then Oscar worthy, especially because he does his own singing. Jaime Bell as Bernie was another fantastic performance, and the list goes on and on. Definitely see Rocketman if you get the chance

Courage the Cowardly Dog (1999–2002)

Scary, but still great
27 June 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I use to grow up watching Courage the Cowardly Dog as kid and I was too scared of a child to finish it. But re-watching the whole series made me enjoy it even more as an adult.

At times, even for me, the show has some intense moments and scenes I didn't see coming. In the episode"Perfect" Courage has nightmare sequences and the 1st and 3rd one may frighten children with its imagery. And the episode "The House of Discontent" features a realistic black and white floating head that will DEFINITELY scare kids, maybe even adults for that matter.

Of course Courage is still a kids Cartoon but at times may be too adult oriented for it's images and scares. Sometimes it even implies decapitation. There were some episodes I saw for the first time that I never saw as a kid because I was so young and stopped watching it at the time due to constant nightmares. But now that I am all grown up, I appreciate the show even more. So definitely watch Courage when you have the chance. It's only 4 seasons and only 52 episodes but I love the show so much!

A fantastic holiday movie for the family
17 June 2019
Warning: Spoilers
It's a Wonderful Life is a great way of telling a story of someone who's life is miserable and at one point even tried to jump off a bridge into the freezing water. But it also makes you look at your life in retrospect and can relate to how we as people can live in a world that makes us create a goal and once we accomplish that goal, what's next in life?

If you want a great Christmas movie to watch with you're family to get a good laugh and get a good perspective on how George's wish made everything different, I highly recommend this movie!
