Formula 1: Drive to Survive: The New Dawn (2023)
DTS follows the same old way of breathlessness, fast cuts, shallowness and needless sensationalism
It was nice and interesting to learn about the long-term friendship between Steiner and Binotto, especially seeing them drive around together amidst beautiful Italian vinyards in that cute Cinquecento.
Otherwise, the new season of DTS seems to follow their same old same old way of breathlessness, confusingly fast cuts, shallowness and needless sensationalism.
Also, it is hard to understand why DTS just cannot seem to find a more competent motor sport journalist / commentator than Will Buxton, who just keeps on spouting inane banalities, wide-eyed like he is sharing some great insights ... lol.
6/10.
Once Upon a Time in... Hollywood (2019)
Boring
Despite all the effort (great actors, etc.), unbelievably boring.
Lovemobil (2019)
Total Fake!
Do no waste your time watching this. When I did, it did feel staged somehow. 2 years later, it turns out the director did in fact use professional actors throughout this "documentary". All film awards received have now been taken back.
