The Invisible Man (2020)
Did anyone watch this before releasing it?
The amount of plot holes in this movie insane. Why did she leave her knife downstairs before moving up to the attic? Why didn't she tell anyone the phone of somebody who died yet took picture of her while sleeping was up there? Why did the paint look like milk? Why wasn't she bleeding to death after slitting her wrist? What was the relation between Cecilia and James? Why did she sleep in bed with his daughter?!
Pet Sematary (2019)
Fails to be engaging
Remakes are a bit tricky any way but this movie just isn't worth watching after the first one. Characters have no development whatsoever and the movie instead tries to rely too much on a horror-y, gore-y and native folkore-ly shock effect. Also the cover version of Pet cemetery at the end is a disappointment.
T2 Trainspotting (2017)
T1 + 20 years
Reduce everything from T1 to a one trick pony formula and apply it 20 years later, take out any realisme towards hardcore drug use, reduce the depth of all the characters and apply this to the original story with a small change of who's who, must have been the pitch of T2. I'm glad I've watched it but it was not worth the time.
Green Room (2015)
Great suspense
The only suspense I felt during the movie was that the movie at some point at least would become decent, but it didn't.
