Reba (2001)
I grew up with this show
As an adult, this show is near and dear to my heart. It's so heartwarming and funny. I mostly watch it because of my mom, but it's a good show. The cast is awesome, especially Reba. She's tough and sweet, and she's determined to keep her family together. It gets a little boring over time, but most shows do. It can be a little unrealistic, but again, what sitcom doesn't.
The Neighborhood (2018)
Ruined potential
I normally don't give sitcoms too much thought, because the main point is comedy. But, this show just doesn't sit right with me. There's way too much emphasis on race. It's two men who come from different backgrounds, so of course they're different. I wish every episode didn't revolve around that, it gets old quick. The only characters that are not stereotyped are the two sons. It's pretty uncomfortable to watch to be honest. The actors are pretty talented, which is the only good thing.
Friends (1994)
One of my Favorite Comedy Series
I'm a huge fan of comedy in general and this show never failed to make me laugh. It was little slow to me at first, but it got more interesting as the first season progressed. Chandler and Phoebe are my favorite.
Short Term 12 (2013)
Very few movies can move me this much...
It's a very short movie but it makes such a big impact. I cried a little, laughed, and very few movies can play on my emotions this way. It's one of the most authentic films I've ever seen. It shows that In life you might find yourself in very unfortunate situations, but you can always find some positivity, even in the little ways.
Keith (2008)
You don't really know what to expect
I like how this is not your typical rom com or teen movie. Keith is mysterious and different, but you don't really know why until towards the end of the movie. As viewer, you don't really know what to expect. You know that they'll eventually fall in love but there is more to it than that. Keith going through something and you're eager to find out what it is. It's not exiting but it's interesting to watch.
Life Itself (2018)
This movie offers a powerful message
This movie has a lot of mixed reviews. I can understand why, but I think people are missing the point. Very few movies explore the theme of love amidst tragedy like this one does. It might be more graphic than most watchers would expect, but the message that it offers towards the end is what makes this movie great. This movie might not be what you expect, but in the end you'll see that's the whole point!
We Bare Bears (2014)
I love the overall theme
This show is so fun to watch and it can even be heartwarming sometimes. It's truly one of the few animated shows that everyone can watch, no matter what age. It's just relevant! Three bear brothers going on adventures in today's society.
Overboard (2018)
Nothing like the original
I've seen the original movie, and even though it wasn't perfect, it made me laugh. It was interesting enough to sit through the entire movie. I wish I could say the same for this remake. Although I loved the idea of switching roles, the plot wasn't carried out properly.
Avengers: Infinity War (2018)
I might be biased but...
This movie is perfect. All of Marvel's favorites coming together to fight the biggest threat the universe ever faced. There are a lot surprises throughout the movie especially the ending. I'm dying to see how Marvel wraps up the Avengers sequel in the next movies.
Ralph Breaks the Internet (2018)
I smiled the entire time...
I loved this movie so much that it inspired me to write my first review. This animation is fun, exciting, and actually really insightful. Kids will love how stunning and action packed it is, and adults will love the satirical aspect of it. Even if you're not in love with this movie, chances are watching it won't be a waste of your time.
