La La Land (2016)
One of the worst movies of all times!
Only 2 movies(series) can be compared to this junk. Twilight and 50 shades of grey. The movie was boring, with no chemistry between the main characters whatsoever, I didn't believe for a second they were in love, it was all forced and unrealistic. The acting is so bad, I can't believe they are being paid to be so bad...and the music? Wow, I have nothing against musicals...but the music here was not even a little bit good or interesting. And sadly...this junk has the most Oscar nominations since Titanic? What a joke! Only proves that Oscars mean nothing and its just about who your friends are in the committee. I don't understand the high rating it has...but I nothing surprises me today anymore.
Jack Reacher: Never Go Back (2016)
Cobie Smulders ruined the movie!
The movie could have been much better with better actors. I love HIMYM and I never analyzed Cobie Smulders in it, because it is just a sitcom and you don't really need to know to act to be good in it. But in this movie I noticed she is probably the worst actor I have ever seen in a blockbuster. She was still Robin from HIMYM, her role and everything was so unbelievable, I didn't know if its a SNL parody or a real movie. She must be good in bed, otherwise she would never make the transition from sitcom to real cinema. Other than that, the movie was very simple, predictable and with no interesting parts. The first Jack Reacher was a great movie, this one is so far behind...I didn't think its possible.
Heavyweights (1995)
Can't post on a forum?
Seriously? You need a phone number or credit card number to verify an account to post on forum? This country is looking more and more like Nazi Germany before WW2, now everyone wants to control everything, jeez! Now to the movie. I don't understand one thing. Why is "Ben Stiller" being treated like a bad guy and the useless fat moronic kids as heroes? All I see is a man who wanted to help some lazy stupid kids, who will end up as losers in life, if they keep living that way. That way I mean treating candy as the best thing in life and being completely addicted to junk food and completely disgusted by any kind of sports activity. The main actor was nice and polite with them the whole movie, yet, he was supposed to be the bad guy. Those kids deserved some real fat loss treatment, so they learn some discipline.
