When They See Us (2019)
Emotional rollercoaster
I've never cried watching anything on TV or at the cinema. At the end of episode 2, I was boiling my eyes out, with this sense of hopelessness that the exonerated 5 felt when they were wrongfully convicted. Jharrel Jarome's embodiment of Korey Wise was nothing but perfection. I believe this kid did an absolute justice to the role. He's going far in his acting career. I highly recommend watching this show.
Shots Fired (2017)
Interesting twist to the story
I thought the first episode was captivating from the start. The story started with a bang and kept my attention till the end of the episode. I'm definitely intrigued to watch the next episode. The Characters definitely gave me personality - Sanaa Lathan gives a lot of sass, which absolutely loved! You know she's going to play the bad cop in the show. Stephan James oozed with personality and every word that came out of his mouth, I believed. So I'm going to hang on to my seat and wait for a few more episodes.
