Ils (2006)
Ils *Based on a true story
So I finally watched ILS and it's safe to say that I was very pleased with the movie. It really does for house invasion what The Ring did for televisions. For the first hour, the movie was tension-filled (it could have been called Haute Tension 2) and I was constantly on the edge of my sofa trying to guess what was gonna happen next but the twist is unpredictable.I thought I knew who the invaders were but I was wrong and I don't think we've seen invaders like these in any other movie. Some will like the twist some won't but it is based on a true story...The movie is at a short running time of 77 min. so it never drags. The score is perfect and so is the acting from the two lead actors. The best part of this movie for me was the directing of the two directors David Moreau and Xavier Palud. They have tremendous amounts of talent and they sure know how to create unnerving scenes so I wouldn't mind seeing them remake The Eye or The Last House On The Left.It is definitely one of the best horror movie I've seen this year so far and I recommend it to everyone.

The Wig
I bought The Wig because I liked the trailer of the movie plus I really like to buy Korean horror movies.I bought it along Red Shoes which I still have yet to see and I really liked it.It's like a mix of A Tale Of Two Sisters in style and Thai movie Shutter in substance which are also really good movies. There are a couple of twists along the way and the end twist,I really wasn't excepting it and it shocked me.I would've liked a happy ending but they chose to make it really sad.I own and have seen A Tale Of Two Sisters,Face,The Ghost,Bunshinsaba and Phone which are all Korean and I would recommend best A Tale Of Two Sisters,Bunshinsaba and The Wig.If you are not interested in seeing The Wig in Korean then maybe you should wait for the remake.
