The Witcher: Blood Origin (2022)
The last straw
I think the time has finally come for me to cancel my Netflix subscription. At this point, I have to believe that there's some sort of conspiracy taking place, where Netflix is trying to ruin itself on purpose for some reason. The alternative is that they are so egregiously incompetent, that they allow this abomination to come about. They have completely lost focus from story telling and seem to have their heads up their own behinds. Cavill was branded a "toxic gamer bro" but I think it had become pretty apparent which side the toxicity comes from. See you Netflix, goodbye and good riddance!!!
Borat Subsequent Moviefilm: Delivery of Prodigious Bribe to American Regime for Make Benefit Once Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan (2020)
Wow.
Just wow. Incredible, this was a mirror shown to the American society. What in the world happened to the USA?
Another Life (2019)
This is painfully bad.
I watched it alone and this is the first time in my life I found myself saying "oh come ooon" out loud at any film our series. The acting is incredibly bad and cliché. The pseudo science is some of the worst I have ever seen. You have an alien craft on earth and all you got is half of dozen thirty something year old people standing in street clothes around it? No HAZMAT suits, no decontamination, chambers no visible sign of the army, no perimeter? What is this crap? The writing... Oh my god the writing I wanted to cry. Hell I'm submitting my series to Netflix. I can write a better series with my eyes closed! Hell a five year old could write a better series!!
Black Mirror: Striking Vipers (2019)
Rip black mirror
Yep, they lost it. Extremely slow, boring, bad story telling. The whole season is unwatchable.
I Am Mother (2019)
Stunning visuals and a really captivating story.
Anyone who rated this under 5 stars, did not understand the film. I was hooked from the beginning to the end. It was exciting, totally unpredictable and visually mind blowing. I can only recommend this film. I'll probably watch it again tomorrow.
Steve Martin and Martin Short: An Evening You Will Forget for the Rest of Your Life (2018)
I honestly feel insulted!
None of this was even remotely funny. It should be called "An evening you will cringe for the rest of the night" I cannot believe this had been actually made. I think we've all put this kind of "comedy" behind us in the past (where it belongs) for a reason. I'm literally taking time out of my little free time to leave this review, out of pure anger from being insulted with this garbage. Both of you please just retire
Margaret Cho: PsyCHO (2015)
I experienced physical pain watching it.
A lot of screaming, really bad impersonations it is about as funny as hospital cancer ward. Not only I didn't laugh (assuming the intention of this piece was to make me laugh because honestly couldn't tell) I didn't even smile a single time. But what I did do a lot was cringe. At one point she started talking about great comedians who died and says the word "sad" about 9 times within a minute. Also just because you say V@g1na and p*33y a hundred million times, won't make you funny. How did this get over 6 points on this site is beyond me. I wish this could be unseen. I don't even want to waste any more time on this review because I already wasted time I'll never get back watching it, but there is a minimum of ten lines I have to write.
