Just your typical...

....low buck, hastily put together B movie before a higher budget, a-list actor version comes out one day that will make this a distant memory. Wait for the real one. This? Boring, slow and spoon fed, yawn.

A solid 8 from me, for simplistic reasons
7 April 2020
These are 2 buddies that became friends earlier in life because they were room mates. I saw a one star review that said these two would never be friends in real life. Well that's kinda the point, but you're missing it. They've grown into different people over the years, yet are still friends. Now that's either because of a long lasting unique bond or because they're both so individually insufferable that they're forced to stick together because neither has been able to make new friends.

The movie plays out exactly as it would in such a case for two friends connected at the hip from the past but not the current mind. And it works, beautifully. This movie is on my short list of go-to movies and has been for years.

Could have been much better
29 December 2018
I've seen/heard every Lazar interview since 89 so clearly I was anticipating this greatly. First thing I have to address is why the producer seemed to make it about him? This is supposed to be about Bob Lazar. Major screw up right there.

Also, the core story wasn't even told (for those saying this is great for people that know nothing of the subject - it failed to educate the new generation who will now to be forced to youtube find old footage to get the whole story when it could have been done here, and then updated)

Sad to say that this is just another Lazar "documentary" which isn't even the best one. Bluebook films did one back in the early 2000's that is better and one of the UFO shows from the same era also did a better one than this - both are free on youtube.

I Am a Killer (2018–2022)

Yup, its binge worthy
8 August 2018
I skipped over it many times because why would I want to hear from death row inmates? But its now my current favorite show. Very well made with equal time given to each side of the story so that the viewers fully understand what happened. This isn't a show about some liar criminal pleading innocence in the face of evidence proving guilt, they know they are guilty - its often the full story that wasn't told or isn't widely known that will pull you in and that makes it such a good show. As someone else said and I will agree with, prepare for a roller coaster of emotions - and yes, you'll likely shed tears more than a few times.

Good if you're into kayaking, but name is misleading

Warning: Spoilers
As others have pointed put, they don't do it and I have a feeling they never even intended on doing it. Its 98.9% guaranteed to be a suicide mission and that's exactly what we all would have seen had he actually gone ahead and did it. That said, if you liked this movie check out art of flight, its better and along the same lines (less the fake suicide mission at the end).

Oh my this was bad

You know when cartoons like the Simpsons have characters on the show to laughingly depict gangsters? This is that movie. Or I assume it is as I shut it off after about 20 minutes.

Great documentary
3 July 2018
Warning: Spoilers
I thought this was very well done and the story even more compelling. It truly gives even more ammunition to the 9/11 was an inside job crowd. "Hey, we have developed a program that ties together activities which can pin point and produce terrorists, for cheap!"

Higher ups order their system to be wiped out, right when they all knew they were behind in the emerging digital age and had stumbled onto a holy grail, but....

3 weeks later the planes hit the buildings, scott free.

Very good!

This is a wonderful film about a somewhat lost guy traveling to Argentina to see his "internet girlfriend" and all the real life complications that go along with something like that. Ups and downs throughout the film are fun and in a beautiful Argentina backdrop. The ending was absolute perfection.

Rocco (2016)

Better than any other "about porn" movie
6 December 2017
Many of the reviewers here were apparently expecting an hour and 45 minute long vlog by Rocco going about his daily life, which this is not about. Nor is it another sub-par "I use to do porn but now I am an advocate against it" type documentary.

Its an artistic film about Rocco's past and present with a behind the scenes look into some of the scenes and how he feels about it all. How he began to dislike what he did when his family came along and his sons began to grow up.

You also get to meet Kelly Stafford, a true unknowing victim of modern feminism, who basically needs to be choked and spit on during sex because she cannot meet a manly man in her real life. She aches for masculinity and dominance so she can succumb to her born-biological female need to be feminine and submissive.

The scenes may come across as "degrading" to some, but with masculinity so lacking in this day and age, its what these performers and the female viewers truly want and you get a first hand look into that.

This film digs deep into masculinity and femininity with a little background on the man so legendary for putting those very two things onto tape.

With all that in mind, enjoy.

Sirius (2013)

Far bigger than any "UFO" documentary that you've seen
27 April 2013
I just caught this online and was very impressed with it. This film doesn't focus on blurry UFO footage or regurgitated testimonials from the 2001 disclosure project, it is in fact far bigger than that.

Rather than focus on telling people that UFO's are real, they pin point the aspects on why the topic gets buried, and why disclosure must be taken into the hands of the people. How they do this, and the facts and figures shown are top notch for such a buried, ridiculed and (for some) downright terrifying subject.

Blend the documentaries "IOUSA" and "Inside job" with Real UFO stuff and you'll be close in your expectations. However keep in mind their budget was minimal but on par with most documentaries of this kind.. (Greer gave up his $500,000/year emergency room surgeon job to do this stuff for peanuts, and has stated in interviews that they couldn't fit everything in that they wanted due to cost restrictions)

If you don't know who Dr. Steven Greer is I suggest you do some research before watching the film. Greer is no joke and by far one of the most credible and hard working people in the extraterrestrial realm and this film does his name the justice that I was expecting.

9/10
