Arrow (2012)
Exciting, & Audience Grabbing Week after Week
I was extremely happy to find out that there was going to be a series based on the character Green Arrow from DC Comics. In many ways this show portrays what I like to see out of that character, but in many ways it does not portray what I would like to see out of the city and the people that Oliver Queen is involved with. I realize that there was supposed to be a difference between the character in the show and the one from the comics. Me, being as comic crazed as I am, would love to see the character AS IS from the comics. I think that Oliver was perfectly casted, more so then the Green Arrow from Smallville, but I also think that there were some horrible choices in the casting for his family.. that being that his mother is still alive, that he has a little sister "speedy" and that I just REALLY DO NOT like Katie Cassidy as Dinah "Laurel" Lance. I think that the creators and writers of this show took it a step too far in keeping his family around and also introducing "The Huntress" as someone that Green Arrow meets on one of the episodes and decides to "train" I think that they made a lot of horrible choices for the storyline of this show.
Aquaman (2006)
Greatly Impressed!! CW's Bad Choice For Not Picking Up As A Series
The pilot for this show was greatly done! I could not have been more pleased with everything about it! After watching the show and finding out that the CW did not want to run the series I was greatly disappointed! The director/producer/writer did EVERYTHING right with this show, and there would have been PLENTY of fans watching the show week after week!! This show had so much to offer to the viewers. Everything about it was perfect. The first episode made me crave to watch more and more. I liked it so much that I watched it a few times already since last month. The casting in this show was amazing. I actually prefer to see Justin Hartley as AquaMan in this series then as The Green Arrow in Smallville.
Breaking Wind (2012)
Snooze-Athon!!
I start out by saying that I quite enjoyed all the Twilight movies and Vampires Suck as well. Watching this movie was a complete joke! The humour in this movie could not be classified as humour AT ALL!! The farting and pooping jokes were grossly exaggerated, and quite juvenile. I did not laugh one time during the first half of the movie, and got quite tired of even trying to enjoy it that I turned it off half way through. It was a very sad attempt at a parody. I have NEVER watched a parody that even came close to being this disappointing. My rating is a 2/10 and that is being quite generous indeed. If you are planning to watch this movie I would NOT recommend it for anyone other then youths because I'm sure they are the only people that would find that "brand" of joke funny.
Christmas Cupid (2010)
Christmas-alicious
If your into sappy, cheesy romantic comedies like I am, I suggest you watch this movie. There were some parts of the movie that were horribly predictable, like many other romantic comedies.. I felt there was some truth to it. Things that could happen to anyone. Although Ms. Milian is not a great actress, I could really relate to the character that she was portraying in this movie. She makes plenty of bad choices which also, I'm sure that everyone does.. no ones perfect. And I'm just a sucker for happy endings :)I didn't think that I would have enjoyed this movie as much as I did, which is why I procrastinated on watching it for so long. After watching my opinion changed and I am glad I took the time to watch it. This movie ranks an 8/10 for me, and is now one of my new favourite movies. Also.. who doesn't love watching Chad Michael Murray ;)
