This Generator Rex episode 2 "String Theory" has the Wilhelm Scream. You can hear the Wilhelm Scream when a man is thrown off a bridge. The Wilhelm scream was created by Sheb Wooley and first heard in the movie Distant Drums. Sheb Wooley was an actor who appeared in the television series Rawhide and played a cowhand named Pete. He also sang the song Purple People Eater. The Wilhelm scream has been used by many other movie producers like George Lucas and Steven Spielberg. The Wilhelm Scream is a sound effect that was made by Sheb Wooley and was first heard in the 1951 movie Distant Drums. You hear the Wilhelm scream when three Indians are shot one after the other. It is becoming a very popular sound effect. Steven Spielberg and George Lucas use it in their movies. It is also heard in Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy, Lord of the Rings, Chronicles of Narnia, Prince Caspian, I Robot, Hancock, Tears of the Sun, Spiderman 1, Superman Doomsday, Fanstastic Four Rise of the Silver Surfer and many other movies.

This movie needs to be put into the DVD format. It is a story about the American wild west. It stars Guy Madison and it was made it 1953. It also has the Wilhelm Scream. You can hear it when Private Wilhelm is struck in the leg by an arrow. Private Wilhelm dies. The Wilhem scream was originally made by Sheb Wooley in 1951 and heard in Distant Drums. The scream has also been used by George Lucas in his Star Wars series and Steven Spielberg used it in Raiders of the Lost Ark, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade and Indianan Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Other film makers use the Wilhem Scream all the time. The Charge at feather river comes out on DVD at July 4th 2010.

The Golden Compass does not have a real Wilhelm scream because it is a female imitating the Women Scream. Sheb Wooley made the original Wilhelm scream in 1951. It was first heard in the Gary Cooper movie Distant Drums. The best part of the Golden Compass is all the demons and the idea that dust filters between this world and other worlds. I hope that there will be several sequels in the future. The relationships between Lord Asriel (Daniel Craig) and Mrs. Coulter (Nicole Kidman) are not really developed well in this movie and it leaves you wondering if Lyra is their daughter or not. The Polar Bears, Sam Elliot, Ian Mc Shane, Ian McKellan, are all great characters in this movie too

Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom is an action adventure that stars Harrison Ford as Indiana Jones and Kate Capshaw as a nightclub singer named Willie. Indiana also has a Chinese sidekick who's nickname is Short Round. They travel to India in search of the magic stones that were stolen from a Hindu shrine in a village. The village has also had all it's children stolen to work in the mines of villain Mola Ram. Indiana, Willie and Short Round enter the mines to retrieve the stones and rescue the children. There is a Wilhelm Scream in this movie too. When Indiana escapes from the mines he has to cross a river by a suspension bridge. The bad guys hack the bridge and Indiana is left hanging by a vine with bad guys crawling up to get him. Mola Ram is also on the vine. You hear the Wilhelm scream when Mola Ram falls into the river and the alligators get him. Down By The Riverside needs to come out in DVD format in the United States of America. It has my favorite sound effect, the Wilhelm Scream in it. It is not available in VHS either. The Wilhelm Scream was first done by Sheb Wooley in 1951 in a movie called Distant Drums. The movie starred Gary Coooper. It is an action adventure story set in the Florida Everglades during the Seminole Indian Rebellion of 1840. It is odd that Sheb Wooley is not in the movie. Sheb Wooley also appeared as a regular in Rawhide and portrayed a cowhand named Pete. He also released the song "Flying Purple People Eater". Sheb Wooley died in 2003 and his Wilhelm Scream is still showing up in movies everywhere. One more thing this DVD comes out to October 3rd 2010 for united states.

This episode of the Clone Wars television series deserves a great rating because it has world famous Wilhelm scream in it. The Wilhem scream is heard after the Republic attack cruiser's core was destroyed and When two of the clone trooper was sucked out into space. There are Wilhelm screams in the Star Wars Episodes IV,V,VI,and the prequels Star Wars Episodes I,II, and III. It is also in Chapters 4, 12,17, and 24 of Star Wars Clone Wars and during the Battle of Christophsis and battle of Teth in Star Wars the Clone Wars (movie). I am sure there will be more Wilhelm screams in future Star Wars episodes. It is becoming a very common sound effect and is being used in many of the non Star Wars new releases.
