The Indrani Mukerjea Story: Buried Truth (2024)
Netflix should not give so much footage to a murderer
It's a disgrace that Netflix is giving so much time and footage to a narcissist and killer. I feel my time is wasted and would rather stop having Netflix subscription if they continue making such crappy series.
Netflix could have easily summed it up in 1 episode or 2 , at max. So the creative heads of Netflix, be what you are paid for and what people expect you to be. Do not take a real story and make it creative thereafter.
I am falling short of words , there is such an utter lack of content and the documentary is overstretched.
The only positive is that I got good views of Mumbai. Hope we get better things to watch in future.
Raksha Bandhan (2022)
Are we still living in the 21st century ?
These scripts are custom made for Akshay kumar where he can just deliver without any homework. Just pick an emotional topic and do whatever with the story.
These actors and directors are living in an imaginary world where they think that public will pay for any kind of crap they come up with.
They are still living in the world where one earns money by selling kidneys and can run for kilometers thereafter. One more movie comes and goes without making any impact on our memories, let me correct myself, it did make a dent on my memory, more of a damage.
Akshay Kumar's movies should be treated like an average you tube film and can be watched whenever it's released on OTT. I rest my case.
Vikram Vedha (2022)
Too many remakes and utter lack of originals
Vikram Vedha original is far far better and I am
Not sure why Bollywood is so hell bent on staying away from originals.
We, the audience, can't be paying for the original and then for the remake . This is the longest draught in Bollywood's original stories. Every release gives me a hope of an entertaining movie and ends with repentance.
Producers should stay away from remakes because the audience, in today's world, watches movies in all languages not just Indian but international too.
In future, I will rather wait for movies to be released on OTT platforms if they are a remake rather than spending time going to the cinema. In pursuit of a quality Bollywood movie; concerned movie watcher.
Liger (2022)
Here we go again Bollywood. One more dud in your tank
I do not understand the people who are going to cinema and watching such awful movies. The trailer says it all or the songs are so rhythmless. Atleast with Laal Singh Chaddha, the songs are ok.
These actors have grown so arrogant and dare say that audience does have the talent to understand there talent. Having Mike Tyson in movie doesn't make it great. And Big Production houses like Dharma, you guys don't have an eye for a good story. You deserve to produce flop movies and run out of money one day.
Sarfarosh (1999)
Watching in 2022 on India's 75th Independence Day. Still the best patriotic movie.
Today is 15th August 2022, India's 75th Independence Day and Sarfarosh is still the best movie in its genre.
I thank The Directors, producers for this great inspirational movie and hopefully the Aamir Khan of 2022 can look back on this movie and get inspired again to do awesome movies instead of doing remakes.
Darlings (2022)
Good movie with powerful acting
One of the better Hindi movies in recent past. The story is original, intense and unpredictable. Not to forget, power picked acting from Alia and Vijay.
YRF, take a lesson or two from these movies if you can.
Good Luck Jerry (2022)
I couldn't watch for more than 20 minutes. What a waste.
I am from Bihar and let me clarify at the very outset, Jahnavi Kapoor had no resemblance to Bihari tone when she spoke. Not sure if saying"Hum" instead of "Main" does the job for actors and directors.
And then came Paracetamol song, Exemplifying my point over last few months that there is no talent these days. All there is, is people with resources. They can write any story, any song, can act however and claim to be a celebrity.
I wish my job was as forgiving where I were not measured by my actions everyday, every deliverable.
Long story short, I tried to watch this movie at dinner time and hoped that it would help me relax after day long job. I ended up quitting the movie in 30 mins and went back to work since I realized that working causes less stress than watching such movies.
Ek Villain Returns (2022)
More crap keeps flowing into the Tank of Bollywood cinema
I have been asking one question all this year : How do these directors keep securing budget of Tens and hundreds of crores for these worthless movies!!
Who in this world has so much of worthless money sitting in their bank accounts to be used to produced such storyless movies.
Again, people in movie industry who have resource more than talent are the sole causes of such disastrous movies. There is no song which you can listen to for weeks to come.
Please do NOT go to cinema to watch such forgetful, storyless movie.
Shamshera (2022)
Yash Raj Films, you did it again. Bad to worse to worst.
One may argue but I think Bollywood is in absolute recession now. There is no noteworthy creative talent in the block. Most are those who have resources more than talent.
YRF, I don't know how do you guys manage to splurge hundreds of crores on epic duds, back to back in the same year.
Audience, you may not have deep pockets like the Chopras or the Kapoors, hence save the Rs500 while you can. There is no point once you get in the cinema for a good-for-nothing movie made by have-camera-will-shoot kind of Director.
Om - The Battle Within (2022)
Crappy movie from a wannabe Director Kapil Verma
Absolute disaster of a movie. There is nothing new for the viewers with same old formula, just a bit more glitter.
I do not understand what does it take to become a director or a story writer these days. Should we start making kindergarten kids in Bollywood directors going forward? Atleast I can rate them better on account of their ignorance.
Actors; how do you pick a movie? Do you even read the script or just look for a reason to be called an actor? God bless us all.
Nikamma (2022)
Continuing the trend of crappy Bollywood movies.
Nikamma is a movie made by Nikamma Director, Nikamma script writer and without a doubt Nikamma producer.
Please look for better projects and give audience worth their while. Every film these days is crappy.
To audience, please watch trailers before you decide whether to watch a movie or not.
Jurassic World Dominion (2022)
Just another Jurassic movie with more dinosaurs.
The latest Jurassic world has nothing new to offer other than showcasing a couple of new varieties of dinosaurs.
Story was flat, some cool actions from Chris Prat and that's the only high point of the movie.
It's not worth watching in the movie theaters. Hope this is the last Jurassic movie because of inability of script writers to come up with a new story.
Vikram (2022)
Watch it, you won't regret it.
I went to this movie after running 5km in 30 mins and was super pumped. The movie didn't let me down and the movie is full of great performances. Vijay and Fahad showed their class throughout the movie and Kamal Hassan did what he does, act.
Go watch it in the cinema with popcorn and have a good time.
Jurassic Park (1993)
Still gives me goosebumps in 2022
I always marvel at the fact that this was such an out of the box movie in the 90s. I can't even imagine how thrilling would it have been to watch it on tue big screen back then.
I am just doing a recap to be ready for upcoming Jurassic world Dominion movie.
Hats off the Steven Spielberg.
Major (2022)
Touching Tribute to Major Sandeep!
Very touching tribute to courage shown by Major Sandeep and the movie also tries to depict the sacrifice a soldier has to make .
It's a very tough choice and a job which doesn't get deserving respect from common public. Rest In Peace Major and thanks you for your service.
A definite movie for cinemas.
Forrest Gump (1994)
I cry and smile and fall in love every time I watch it.
Forrest Gump is one of the best movies ever made. It is close to my heart and I watch it atleast once a year.
It's a 10 from me and I wish they made movies like this every year. Respect Tom Hanks for your acting.
Samrat Prithviraj (2022)
Yash Raj Films - Why? Painful to sit through the movie.
It's the second Yash Raj movie within a month and both lacking content. This movie has done zero justice to the character and amount of history it carries along.
I didn't learn much about Prithviraj or Sanyukta or Ghouri after watching this movie. Utter lack of content and it was painful to sit through the movie. Music is below average and is not worth watching in cinema. Even the battles were lackluster.
I have lost another 2 hours of my life. Thank you.
Top Gun: Maverick (2022)
Movie of the year so far. Terrific Maverick
I loved every aspect of this movie. There were so many moments when I got goosebumps and tears once or twice. It's not a Christopher Nolan movie, I know, and there may be a couple of plots people may say is not possible. Regardless, it was beautifully directed and scenes were nicely shot.
It was a movie which gave me the same fun with 90s movies used to give me, had action thriller romance inspiration and what not. Go watch it and have a good time.
The Bob's Burgers Movie (2022)
5 for adults, Maybe 7 for kids
The movie would be a good one for the kids to watch but is pain for adults. Not that I don't like animated movies but Bob's Burger lacked content to keep me involved, fell asleep once.
So I would recommend to wait and watch it on an OTT rather than going to movies.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022)
Best Bollywood comedy of 2022. (But not all time best comedy)
Thoroughly enjoyed the movie. Good content and timely comedy with a twist in end/ I appreciate the effort taken to write a story and acting was per script.
Tabu was ,by far, the best of the lot. I am such a huge fan of Sanjay Mishra who in conjunction with Rajpal Yadav keeps the audience laughing.
Good job team and I will never shy away from appreciating a movie which shows effort from the story writer to director to actor.
On the same token, I hope people stop making movies like Bol Bachchan or Heropanti and try to put some effort in writing a script.
Jayeshbhai Jordaar (2022)
Another average movie from a big Direction House :-(
I don't know how long will I have to wait for a good entertaining movie having a long lasting impact on me.
Every movie these days in Bollywood is worse than prior or average at best. It's a movie which can be watched on Netflix whenever it arrives there but going to cinema for such a huge NO
Aditya chopra, please put more effort in choosing scripts which would do justice to Yash Raj Films. Ranveer Singh did whatever he was asked to do, so good job to you.
Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore (2022)
The most average Fantastic Beast movie so far
I went to watch this movie with a lot of expectations but was thoroughly led down by lack of content throughout the movie.
It was pretty flat throughout and didn't do justice to the character if Dumbledore.
I would ask people to not watch it in cinema and wait for it to be available on HBO.
The Conversion (2022)
Enough of politics via cinema
I refrain from giving such movies a view
I refrain from allowing the industry to make money from my time
I refrain from wasting 2-3 hours of my life
Happy for those who call it a blockbuster and happier for those who chose to ignore such bogus reviews.
365 Days: This Day (2022)
+3 for visual pleasure, -7 for mental torture
Who comes up with such scripts and how do they manage to secure budget for such movies???!!
Hence, watch it when you are are looking for fornication and one suggestion; keep fast forwarding to moments which you are interested in. There is no story and no need to find one either.
Heropanti 2 (2022)
Stop making such crappy movies.
People, it's time to take a stand against such crappy movies and not give them a single view (either in cinema or OTT)
Im tired of seeing established actors or their children acting just because they got means .
It right there with Bachchan Pandey in series of mindless craps. Refrain from such movies and save some time/money.
