The 12th Victim (2023)
Dreadful Bias
I consider this so-called "documentary" to be nothing more than a "mockumentary" in that it is so biased towards the ridiculously named "12th Victim", namely Caril Ann Fugate, that it presents a wholly unbalanced view in attempting to persuade viewers that she was completely innocent of complicity in all the crimes of which she was convicted by a jury of her peers. Indeed, I would go so far as to suggest that the biased views put forward in this series are extremely dangerous in that they suggest that trials with convictions that took place so long ago where most, if not all, of the participants have passed away should be regarded as "unsafe" when "modern standards" are applied.
The Night Manager (2016)
Total Abomination
For those who have read the book, this adaptation in nothing more than a complete & utter abomination. Notwithstanding a wonderful cameo appearance by David Cornwell (John le Carre) as an abused diner in a restaurant at 21 minutes into Episode 4, the BBC are once again up to their usual tricks of changing genders, races, names & locations to suit their politically correct agenda. Even worse, the plot is changed from approximately halfway through in order to accommodate the current ubiquitous trend of "action thriller" in place of the far more realistic outcome of the original story. In short, this is an adaption that is unworthy of the book title and shows the extent to which the BBC has deteriorated since previous le Carre book adaptions of the 1970's & 1980's by Arthur Hopcraft. My advice is to skip this nonsense and read the book instead.
JFK: Destiny Betrayed (2021)
Hearsay & Assumptions
I'll leave people to make up their own minds but as far as I'm concerned, the only truth told in this series was the words:
"It's not the Russians... Kennedy was a traitor."
