It's semi fair to call this the Korean version of Kids..deals less with adolescence and more about the dark side of Korean society that probably still resonates today. Documentary style movie that is well executed and has some solid performances. Tasteless and evil? Possibly but also very realistic. Worth a watch but prepare to walk away feeling disgusted.
