Girls' Play (2024)
Nice try But ...
First very slow and elongated it could have made a good movie maybe.. too much unwanted details scenario could have been better.. lots of nonsense like they couldn't use their cars to run away but when the murder happened they drove all the way.. they had barely any scenes during daytime where were the characters?? However the main characters were the only positive thing about the show they both aced it in acting and in charisma. The supporting characters were casted very bad they could have hired real teenagers they looked so old, fake and not convincing at all.. the ending was satisfying somehow.. I also enjoyed the scenery in Lebanon.
Kus Uçusu (2022)
Too much non sense
Too much non sense on how Asli was advancing yet Lali made it up.. such a great actress with remarkable beauty and the role is so rich.. simply I only loved her!!! Asli was so evil and her acting was like in a teenage movies she might have been a little bit over.. not a big fan of Turkish series but the story is unique I finished it in one night couldn't stop..
Halftime (2022)
Too much victim mentality drama
As for an icon like JLO it's very annoying that she was always playing low profile and down.. how about normal regular infamous people or even submerged stars whom are working hard to be heard and seen?? All the documentary she was complaining about injustice and discrimination and the end was so dramatic and politically oriented playing on the contrast!! I couldn't feel empathetic although I'm not white.. and her chewing gum all the time was not nice at all..
Pera Palas'ta Gece Yarisi (2022)
The ending is a spoiler
It would have been a masterpiece if the ending was a happy or at least clear one.. after all this complications in times and drama the audience deserves a good ending not a vague one.. this is not an end and it's a common unpleasant thing for most Netflix series.
