Louie (2010–2015)

Started Slow But Faith in Louie

This show as everything else can be compared to other shows but it is its own in many ways. First of which can be said is kudos to Louis C.K. is he greatly underrated and should be a much more respected star. His comedy is genuine and honest and i know it sounds corny but his show feels very real the dialogue and the situations are how real life i think would be. I've heard it be compared to seinfeld but the only comparison is that there are clips of louie doing stand up, the actual show is nothing like it. Also id like to commend FX on giving it time to grow, they are a very good network for that, same with SUNNY IN PHILLY, that show grew into an excellent show. Shows get canceled to quickly. Anyways to sum up. Louie gets a 10/10, its just my opinion.

The Shawshank Redemption (1994)

A Very Good Movie....However

I have seen this movie and think it is very good, Tim Robbins is really good in it and Morgan Freeman as usual is great. It has a lot of original ideas and is deserving of much praise, however i really feel it lacks something that The Godfathers 1 and 2 have. They are just a different caliber of movie no offense to it, its very good. However Al Pacino in both of those films is as close to perfect of a performance as you will ever get. I really feel because it is 35 years old so many people of todays generation has not seen it, I am 20 and own all three and can appreciate the talent by Marlon Brando and Al Pacino in the first film and Al in the second with Francis Ford Coppola directing both. I understand that when someone sees a movie and they would like to rate it on this site its difficult to see all the other movies on the top 250, but when you are dealing with the top 5 its not that hard, see those movies and then judge.

The Godfather (1972)

The Greatest Film Ever Made with 2 of the best actors ever in it.....

The Godfather, there is so much to say about this movie, I mean it is incredible from beginning to end, taking you along as the main character, makes a change from a passive man to someone who has to step up and choose to do things against his nature for the good of his family. Marlon Brando is amazing in this movie as the Don, the head of the family, AL Pacino who takes over the movie deserved and Oscar for this movie not just a nomination, with a supporting cast that is phenomenal, James Caan, Diane Keaton, Robert Duvall etc.. The amazing part of this movie is after Marlon Brando's is almost killed and Michael makes the decision to take out Sollozo and and the captain for what tried to do to his father, after that scene Michael is never the same he realizes what he has to become and has to do to take care of his family. This movie deserves to be #1 on this site and everywhere, this is just my opinion.

The Incredible Hulk (2008)

Incredible Hulk.....Pretty Much Incredible

I just saw the Incredible Hulk yesterday and I was more then pleased. Not to hate on Ang Lee's version but it just wasn't as good in a lot of aspects. The CGI was waaaay better and the fight scenes were nasty. Edward Norton as Bruce Banner was mad good, Tim Roth was also really good playing the villain, and William Hurt did a good job playing the general. When Bruce's blood drips onto sterns I'm not sure what happens he starts to mutate, hes prolly going to be a villain in future films.I like how marvel is incorporating their movies together like with the tony stark cameo and the nick fury one in iron man, i didn't see the captain America clue which i was a little disappointed about. SO overall did they reboot the franchise I think without a doubt yes.

The Sopranos (1999–2007)

Sopranos is the Godfather for TV

The sopranos was probably the last best show to air in the 90's. its sad that its over, its was the best show on HBO if not on TV, not everything was spelled out for you throughout you had to think, it was brilliant. the cast was excellent. Tony (James Gandolphini) is a great actor and played his character excellent, as well as the others. Each character had flaws thats what made them so real and allowed the viewers to connect with them and thats one reason it lasted so long. The last episode was good, I'm not sure how to take it many different things can be construed by the ending id like to think that tony didn't die but meadow walked in and sat down with them and that the blackout was just for suspense. Tony will have to go to trial and deal with that hopefully is not dead thats how i feel... Long live the Sopranos and Tony Soprano.......

Entourage (2004–2011)

Best Show on HBO

Entourage is the best show on Hbo...probably TV, Mark Wahlberg as Executive Producer, basing the show off of real life experiences with his entourage. Vince(Adrian Grenier) becomes a huge movie star and brings his older brother Johnny(Kevin Dillon) and best friends Eric(Kevin Connolly) Turtle(Jerry Ferrara) and agent Ari Gold(Jeremy Piven), This is the best cast a show can get. With guest appearances in almost every episode, with comedy and a great plot the show can get no better. The only problem is that its not an hour like all other shows on HBO and that the seasons are short. but hopefully as the show progresses the seasons will get longer... 10 out of 10 no question.

Smallville (2001–2017)

The Best Superman Series Yet......

Smallville....Smallville is the best show on TV right now in my opinion its exciting and refreshing..Tom Welling does a good job as Clark Kent, Michael Rosenbaum does a good job as Lex and Kristin Kruek, Allison Mack, and Erica Durance do good jobs as the female characters in the show...Im not sure what the deal is with Clark he needs a woman, Lana or Lois one of them, the writing in the show is excellent, Alfred Gough and Miles Millar do a great job. Tom should've played Superman in the Movie not because Brandon Routh did a bad job or anything just because Tom has been playing Clark for 6 seasons and it would've been sick to see him as Superman but its all good Smallville is nasty........

Crank (2006)

Nasty Action Packed Thrill Ride

Crank................was an action packed adrenaline thrill ride...that keeps you guessing till the end....the cinematography was excellent and directing was unique and original, Jason Statham as usual delivers and action flick worth watching...Amy smart plays a good role of a girlfriend, and Efren Rameriez brings a funny humor along with Statham as a drag Queen character. The plot is good and screen writing is Good it isn't predictable....At the end of the movie as he hits the ground he blinks and his heart starts beeping again I'm not sure if that means they are thinking about a sequel or not... As much as i would love to see a sequel I'm not sure if many people would buy into the idea....but ya never know in the movie industry.........

The Covenant (2006)

Give it a Shot

Covenant It was a good movie, i think a lot of people are misjudging this movie or just plain not even giving it a shot. The movie isn't perfect but most aren't. The plot is very good and has a lot of room left for a sequel. The characters are good and the cinematography was done well also. It was written by the writers of Underworld and that was a great movie so you know its not so bad. A lot of times people who give reviews are not honest, they either rate it excellent or horrible his isn't accurate. The movie could of have some things in it that would of made it much better. However all the actors in this movie are all young and inexperienced and thy did a good Job. Bottom line the movie was good and if u have a chance check it out.

Rocky Balboa (2006)

Rocks Back

Rocky, Many Skeptics out there, 30 years since the first and many thought he couldn't do it but Stallone Writing, Directing, and Starring, does it one more time. Rocky Was a great finish to the series, much much better then 5. The plot was great, acting was great and casting too. Its bitter sweet because this is the last of the Rockys and he'll never be back in theaters, But it had to end sometime i guess. This rock was most like Rocky one or two. Not just about the fight but the Beast inside Rock. I cant wait till the Box set comes out so i can pick that baby up and OWN em ALL. now that the rocks are done I'm just waiting on the final RAMBO out in 08......Hell Yeah Rock

Aquaman (2006 TV Movie)

Sick has the potential to be as good as Smallville, if ever aired....

this show was blurry to watch on the comp, but has a lot of potential if ever aired, i don't get why they spend time to make it and then tease people like this. HOW bout play it on TV and give it a shot before u take it off. The show will be much better in the later episodes when the characters history and importance is gone more in depth. Like said before this show has the potential to be as good as smallville if not better. How can the Execs at CW not run a show that the audience has never seen yet. Justin Hartley plays a good AC, he has a nice attractive co star Eva and Ving Rhames does a good job as a wise mentor for Ac. Whois judging it a bunch of middle aged people who the show isn't targeted for.
