Cinderella (2021)
Absolutely horrific... yet fun
I truly wanted to rate this lower but I decided on a 5.
This movie is bad, there's no doubt about that (just look at the mice...) but I still somehow found it entertaining.
It very much doesn't take itself seriously, and the movie knows that, which I think is a fun aspect.
This has become a "to-watch" on movie nights with my niece (6) and yes, it's VERY cringy, but somehow also really fun.
I'd say this is a decent family movie, or a movie you just gotta watch and cringe with along the way.
Scoob! (2020)
Mediocre at BEST
I went into this having semi-high expectations, I know I shouldn't have considering this is a modern kids movie and we all know how those are nowadays. But the mediocrity and predictability of everything that happens is appalling and it's shameful they even have the audacity to call this a Scooby Doo movie. I know I'm not in the target demographic for this film, my 6 year old nephew does enjoy this movie, but I expected something... more. I've grown up with Scooby Doo, I've loved it ever since I was 2 years old. I've seen nearly every Scooby Doo movie and tv show out there, but this takes the cake as the worst.
Glee (2009)
Iconic
One word: Iconic.
No one can deny how iconic and recognisable this show has become. From the humour, to the quirky characters, to the decent songs, to the real world issues, glee has become a legendary show (and no one can change my mind about that).
This show will forever remain close to my heart as one of my favourite tv series' of all time.
And that's how Sue C's it.
The Flash (2014)
Started great, went downhill
I once thoroughly enjoyed this show, but the last few seasons have just started going so incredibly downhill. The storylines and villains just became tiresome as the seasons went on, along with the characters including the Flash himself. The first few seasons were decent, it had a good thing going for it, but lately I haven't been enjoying this show and it has become somewhat of a chore for me to watch. I hope it improves soon, as I do really like the cast and a couple of the actual characters.
Roswell, New Mexico (2019)
Don't listen to all the bad reviews
Honestly, I love this show. The amount of bad reviews it gets because of the old version makes me sad. I personally really like the storylines, characters and actors that are in this show, and don't in any way find it bad. Yes, there are a few scenes and short plot points regarding political stuff, but it's not completely overbearing like many reviewers are making it out to be. I know there are a lot of fans of the original Roswell hating on this show too. I think that if you disconnect the two, you will enjoy this version a lot. All I can say is try not to listen to the reviewers and give it a try for yourself.
When We First Met (2018)
One of my favourite movies
I went into this movie not expecting much from it, I was bored one night and needed an "easy-to-watch" movie, but I came out absolutely loving it. It was a very enjoyable film with a great cast and cute storyline. The somewhat of a twist at the end warmed my heart and I actually wasn't expecting it at first. This isn't a perfect movie, and it's by no means a blockbuster, but it is a cute rom-com/heartwarming movie that is oh so terribly underrated. I thoroughly enjoyed this movie a whole lot. I think I've seen it more than 4 times now.
Rim of the World (2019)
Not as bad as people are making it out to be
This movie certainly isn't as bad as many of the reviews say. If you're looking for a blockbuster movie with a huge budget and perfect storyline, then this isn't the movie for you. However it is an enjoyable movie on its own, not perfect, not terrible, just a decent and enjoyable movie. Also FYI, this is certainly not a kids movie. There is a lot of course language and violence that is not appropriate for children.
