Crappy waste of time

I only finished watching this because I wasn't watching it alone and other people wanted to finish it. I never give negative reviews but this was terrible. And I DO have a sense of humour and have been known to drop and F bomb and have some drinks so I'm no fuddy duddy, but this was over the top ! Rude, obnoxious and not funny. I expected some inappropriate humour but still a decent feel good film. This was just garbage. And actually really stupid. Like so much stupid. I would never recommend this to anyone!

Falling for Christmas (2022)

So cute and made me smile!

People are always so harsh with their criticism. Obviously, this isn't some fancy award winning film. But it certainly is a feel good flick that makes you smile. Isn't that what we all want a Christmas movie to be? I think it was adorable and certainly left me feeling good. So I would definitely recommend it, and I would watch it again!

I don't know why the reviews are so negative on here. Sure this echos some classic fairytale storylines but it's still told with new twists.!

I think it was imaginative and the costumes were beautiful. And sure there was a few things that were a little scary, but I really think it was well done. We need more fairytales. And the most important part was that my kids loved it. There is so many inappropriate movies nowadays. I thought this was a nice change.

Give it a shot, don't let the negative reviews turn you away from trying it out. Look for the positive in it, don't focus on all the negative garbage everybody else complained about. There is so much fun here to be had if you give it a chance!

He's All That (2021)

Sure this is not an Academy award winner. But it was a super cute movie. I don't know why people are so hard on this movie! I grew up in the 90s and I think this is way better than the original. My tweens loved it! Definitely relative to today, and had some story depth. Sure it was a cheesy love story/high school film. But isn't that the point?! Still entertaining, still enjoyable. I don't know why people rated this so low!

I know people love to pick these types of movies apart and point out anything negative. But that is such a shame. This is exactly the kind of feel good movie we need more of if you ask me. Some cheese, some comedy, and some romance. This was fun and colourful and sweet and I really enjoyed it!

LOVED THIS! Such a sweet story, so uplifting, and fills you with hope.

Watched it with my 9 & 12 year old girls and we all fell in love with the story.

Great music, great movie! Highly UNDERRATED!

I have no idea why this got such low reviews. It's inspiring, it's funny, it's endearing, and I love the ending. I think people are too hard on movies!

I enjoyed every minute of this, and it was exactly what I needed. Watch it with an open heart and an open mind.

Our kids are 9 & 12 and it's hard to find a show we can all agree on as a family and truly enjoy.

Honestly as a family we LOVE this series! So creative and such a fun storyline! I do t know how anyone could give this show a bad review. We Can't wait for a third season!

Dune (2021)

This movie was like one of those drum and base songs where the intro goes on forever and you keep waiting for it to reach some peak and then drop the base into awesome beats....but it never does. I haven't read the books but heard lots of good things about the movie so I was excited to check it out. Boring, and disappointing . Meh.

I see a lot of reviews where people are "disgusted " by the violence they deem "unnecessary" in this film.

But have they READ the Bible? Matthew 27, Mark 15, Luke 22:63-65 ;23, and John 19 all clearly explain the violence that was done to Jesus. Yes it's disturbing, but isn't that the point?! Jesus came and died for us!

2 Corinthians 5:21 For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

You can't "pretty up" the truth with glitter and butterflies to make it more palatable. The truth is the truth. Period. I think Mel Gibson did a fabulous job with this film.

My girls are 9 & 11. They LOVED this. We were looking for a show to watch as a family. This was great!

We binged it and watched all the episodes in 1 weekend. I think people always judge these shows so harshly. We enjoyed it!

Cinderella (I) (2021)

I have no idea why this is rated so low. My little girls LOVED it! The costumes are great, the energy, the music, the fun changes in the story. I think people just don't want to embrace change on a classic.

This is a super fun twist on a classic. Open your mind and enjoy!

The Chosen (2017– )

I can't say enough good things about this show. I would recommend it to anybody to watch. It has moved my heart beyond words. It has made the word come alive. I love the realism of the characters.

This will speak to millions of people and I feel like it is an absolute gift.

So grateful to Dallas for making this and for his vision. No this is not your typical story of Jesus, and that's what makes it so spectacular!

Julie and the Phantoms (2020)

My girls and I found this by some miracle and fell in love. We've also been listening to the soundtrack on Spotify on repeat. Everything about this show is so good and we cannot wait for season two!

And hopefully even a season three because we don't want it to end!

Gulliver's Travels (2010)

I don't know why people are being so hard on this movie. Maybe it's because I never saw any of the previous Gulivers travels. Or read the books. ?!

But me and my girls just watched this and we thought it was great. Totally funny, totally entertaining, fun storyline, great ending. We loved everything about it!

Best Show Ever

I don't watch a lot of TV, but I started watching this during 2020 and it was the best freaking escape ever. I obsessively binge watched multiple shows at a time and couldn't stop watching it. Love everything about this show. I was sceptical in the first couple episodes but it totally sucked me in. I loved every character, I cried I laughed, it was a freaking incredible show!

My girls are 8 and 11 and they absolutely loved this movie!

I don't know why people gave it such awful ratings. Sure it's not a Disney classic , but it was a cute little movie. It had a great little story I loved the meaning behind it - to just be ourselves. I thought the message was great and my kids enjoyed it. Don't be deterred from watching this by everybody giving a a crappy rating!
