Making a Murderer (2015–2018)
9/10
Genre is mislabelled - this is horror!
13 February 2016
I wonder how any professional from legal background can watch this series without doing something, anything to either put individual effort to contribute exonerating mentioned poor individuals or to simply burn their legal diplomas and change profession! For me the scariest part is how tight and loyal whole judicial system is to protect their own goons who abused their powers over and over again. Whoever proudly advocate about "American democracy" and its leadership role in protecting human rights and freedom should watch this and maybe they would change their mind.

Kudos to Netflix to come up with this gem and steer the pot and make us all think and do something.

Incoherent mess of caricatured characters
22 January 2016
Warning: Spoilers
It seems that the producers, actors and directors could not figure out what this product has to be: thriller, crime drama, historical piece or anti-corruption statement. Well, it does not really matter because they failed in any of these attempts. Despite of production values being pretty high (locations along with cinematography are the only reason I gave this show 4), the story if full of holes without any coherent base for actions that characters take. They look and act like shallow stereotypes of some preconceived images about good guys who do bad things. Too bad because we really do not care about any of them. Editing does not help either because it is confusing.

Very notion that a Bosnian Muslim ends up in Serbian para militia forces who did their fair share of war crimes is laughable. Same can be said for a EU peace keeping military officer having an affair and romantically picnicking with Muslim man and his children. Come on!?!

The Leftovers (2014–2017)

Speechless, shocked and amazed

The most strange and bizarre show I have ever seen!!! Of course in most brilliant way possible.

After first season I was just a huge fan, but after season two I am joining The Leftovers Cult if that thing ever pops up in real life. The show present warped reality with awesome character development where no thing is sure and logical, but at the same time is waved into coherent story which you simply cannot let go. Acting is superb and cinematography and especially music, mesmerizing. The show makes you think and come with your own ideas and reasons.

Season 2 is probably the greatest piece of TV ever produced! Do yourself a favor and watch this show, especially if you liked Twin Peaks.

my 5 year old would make better movie than this

So many times here on IMDb you will see good reviews for absolute garbage of a movie. Obviously people involved with the production were very active to provide good reviews because it benefits them only. I don't know what can be done to avoid this, but IMDb has to come up with some kind of safeguard, otherwise reviews and scoring will become totally irrelevant.

That is the case for this piece of s. When you read these reviews after watching the movie it just makes you laugh and be angry at the same time because of obvious manipulation. Don't waste your time on this turd!

This show survived?!?
8 December 2006
After hearing kudos about this show I started watching. And after episode 7 I gave up. This show is so bad that I cannot describe. First of all acting is terrible; sets are cheap like a B grade movie (how can you even think of making a show with this theme and not have a single decent special effect) and most of all, the plot is so unrealistic that its painful. It has so many logical holes that it really insults the intelligence of the viewers. I loved the idea which had so many potentials but realization is very poor. And this show doesn't get canned?!? (like The Nine, Vanished and Kidnapped - ten times better) Well I guess I am not a typical US viewer.

My candidate for Top 100 worst movies
6 November 2006
The reason I intended to give this movie a chance to take 2 hours of my life (actually it was only 35 minutes) was my wish to try to understand and hopefully appreciate Indian cinema. All I have ever seen were few older movies of S.Ray.

Browsing through IMDb I came across this one and after seeing rating of 8.7 I concluded this must be the one which will open the doors of unknown and bring artistic enjoyment. Oh my how wrong I was! The only logical explanation for this rating of 8.7 is that most of 970 people who voted are Indian and their only venture outside Bolliwood production were Adam Sandler movies.

With this rating this movie would be ranked on 9th place on IMDb List of 250 best movies above Citizen Cane, Goodfellas of Psycho! I am really not in a mood to review and criticize because there is simply nothing that I find worth remembering from this painful experience. My only hope is that there is a lot of Hindu who like me find this movie as is -- plain stupid, with abundance of kitsch and cheesy music.
