Mom: Kreplach and a Tiny Tush (2016)
Utterly hilarious with a Yiddish Twist
As a member of the Jewish faith I just thought that this particular episode was hilarious without being stereo typical. Linda Lavin is precious. The company cast is fantastic!
The Wonder Years (2021)
First Episode is Outstanding
This updated version of The Wonder Years, revisits all the greatness of the original series. Narrated superbly by Don Cheadle, it goes beyond being an African American version of the original series. It is filled with warmth, authenticity, and social relevance. Not quite sure why there are bad reviews. I look forward to the remaining episodes.
Ted Lasso: Beard After Hours (2021)
Offbeat, Original, and Great!
I have read some poor reviews about this episode. Apparently, most viewers either love of hate it. Why, because it doesn't feature Ted, and strays from the "formula?" This is what makes a great show, greater: the willingness to risk being different, and yes, weird. Of course this episode is an homage to Scorsese's "After Hours." If you really pay attention, one will witness the same depth and "heart" of all the Ted Lasso episodes. View this with an open mind, and you will appreciate it even more.
